A simple google search would have solved that for you. Btw, SRK, Aishwarya and Aamir were all on the Asian cover of Time. Parveen Babi was the Europe cover of Time.

Oops never mind then. I read on twitter that Aamir Khan was the third Indian after Parveen Babi and Aishwarya Rai so I guess the person was wrong. I guess when they said Aamir Khan becomes the third Indian then they probably meant third on ASIA Time magazine after SRK,Aish😕

SRK's cover wasn't a regular issue, it was a special issue which is why media isn't counting it.

Aamir's cover is only for the South Asia edition.

Aishwarya is the only Indian actor to have been on the cover of the all-Asia edition.
