Ashu could have called her in his cabin to tell her mistakes. corridor was not place for that. She tried to explain that she could not hear him.
What I felt was he just wanted to prove that she is not the best even if other surgeons think she is best. He had little ego problem.
Now a days she is also getting confident and not ready to take any crap. She was doing her job sincerely.
Yet she should not have shouted back as he is the BOSS.Rangnath is more mature than both of them.

Honestly speaking Deepa I didn't like the way they fought in front of hospital staff...Mia biwi ka jhagda should have been resolved privately...ethna bada boss ko junior Doc Ranga ne advise diya keise behave karna hai, omg its humiliating for Ashu...ghar ka mamla bahar lao to easahi hota hai...they both should follow office decorum... ya Nidhi should have controlled herself...

Deepa...baaki sab ko chodo...KPji has accepted that Nidhi's behaviour was not professional...who better than him to judge where his characters stand!

Mudra...as a writer, you do not justify everything that every character of yours does...you let them make mistakes and learn...this is what I understand...I could well be wrong..!

Whenever they hv a personal conflict, Ashu always uses his "I am the Dean, ur Boss and Senior" trump card against her -- it is he who always mixes personal and professional projections but alleges Nidhi that she is unprofessional 😡
