What I felt was he just wanted to prove that she is not the best even if other surgeons think she is best. He had little ego problem.
Now a days she is also getting confident and not ready to take any crap. She was doing her job sincerely.
Yet she should not have shouted back as he is the BOSS.Rangnath is more mature than both of them.

he was just givin a feedback.. but she always seems to be in a mood to fight these days😡
