Hello fellow Arshi fans:
First and foremost the English translation of our title is "ATTACK FROM BEHIND!!!"
When asked the average viewer their reaction to the episodes these days, the reply is that the episodes were ok, not great like they can be and lacking chemistry and pizazz and so forth. The dress was not right, the hairstyle needed to be different, why could they not show Khushi more sophisticated, instead of the lacklustre comedy that had nothing to offer? Seeing the episode by itself none of the episodes we have seen this week make much sense. However string them together and you will see a pattern emerge. What we have been seeing is the laying out of the players, the position of the players, the preparation for the first strike, and then finally we have the drums beating signalling the commencement of the battle. With that in mind here is the episode analysis for this episode:
Arnav And Daadi Faceoff:
- Arnav insists that Shyam will not come back, and Daadi insists he will.
- Naani begs them to be quiet; that people will hear. This woman is sooo people consicious, but Arnav agrees and tells Daadi he wants to talk to her.
- Daadi insists that Shyam should come back; that like the last time a small mistake should not be taken out of hand, especially by getting angry.
- Arnav says that Shyam is a disgusting slime ball and that he will not be allowed in, and he then says whatever happened 14 years ago it took us a long time to forget. Just when we thought everything was alright again, that man deceived Di and all of us.
- Arnav says Di is happy and that now I am also getting married; we should move forward, and the past is not worth remembering, as it will only cause pain. However Daadi insists that she will bring Shyam back.
- Arnav talks to Naani and tells her that he just wants to forget the past to which Naani says that she agrees with him, that it is the right decision.
- Garima hears all this and decides to make a conscious decision not to say anything in order to keep them all happy, but the truth has a habit of sneaking up on a person.
- Daadi is insisting that she will bring son in law. This indicates that however Shyam enters, Daadi will be siding with him.
- We then see Garima running around hiding from Daadi once again; and she spent her time avoiding her.
Band Baja Aur Baraat And The Light Bulb Strikes!
Shyam has made his cowardly first strike, but rest assured it does not end there; the guy has taken it upon himself to have his bases covered. Let us not forget that he has also done something to the electricity and maybe even to something else. This could mean that he is aiming to harm more than one person, or his aim could be just to hit the mark at some point, after all he does have a tendency to fail. So he has prepared multiple strikes with his first one taking place in the next couple of episodes.
Shyam's Clever Acts:
- He cannot get into the house because he has realized Arnav is having identity checks done. It was amusing how he was irritated with him! He then has his brain work, what does he do? He kidnaps the drummer and becomes the drummer. The Moustache and the beard came as an express package from the sky...wish we had things come to us like that.
- He enters the house and openly ogles Khushi; the fact that she had her hand over her chest to hide herself as she bent forward must have had thoughts running through his head...sicko.
- He sees the shoes and he thinks his plan will work...seriously is that how you really think? Thanks to Sandy for this one who mentioned that people do come back to wear their shoes as well!
- He goes upstairs makes it a task of taking out the box, the things we imagine, what does he pop out? Medical gloves and broken glass, more like crystals or diamonds shining in the light so to speak. He then goes and sprinkles the glass on the rug by the door evenly and smiles as he thinks of how his plan will work.
- He goes back takes off the gloves that most likely can be used as evidence, stuffs it back in the box and puts it under the bed, well does he plan on coming back to pick up the glass pieces whilst everyone fusses over Anjali?
- He goes past Anjali chucking a gift on the sofa in front of Anjali. Anjali noticing it sees his back, and calls out to him, and when he does turn around, Anjali takes forever working out who it is and finally realizes it is her Shyam.
- Shyam is such a risk taker, that he stands next to Maami and then turns his back to hide from her and the RM waasis are so smart that they won't even realize!
On a side note Skunky has been seen messing about with the electrical wires in the electrical box and around the house. We would not be at all surprised if he has messed that up and ends up with the opposite results of what he does expect. After all he has not had a very good track record so far, has he? Well, it will certainly be hilariously funny for us to see him fail yet again, cursing and blaming his victims for not falling in with his plans.
Arshi Ka Prem And Kal Ka Episode!
- When the mehendi girl asks what name he says Laad Governar; Khushi says to her to ignore this and put the mehendi on and write A. He reminds her that her name also has A and says out her name elongating the A's in her name reminding her of Payal's mehendi and how they had already done this Rasam as well.
- We expect a kiss tomorrow and will be severely disappointed if that does not take place.
- How many of you guys heard the Heer Ranjha background score? We believe it was played for a reason. Khushi might get hurt during the wedding itself, remember how in the play she enacts the scene where she is happy but the uncle is jealous? In this case it would be Daadi and Shyam. What is debatable is whether she will be hurt deliberately or by accident.
Possiblities:
- Has Shyam set up the trap for Anjali and instead, Khushi will be hurt? Or is this a trick to have Khushi hurt and Anjali will be hurt???
- The possibility of Khushi being hurt is more likely, this would also see us seeing ASR adamant to be married and therefore he would lift her in his arms and do the pheras, of which we had the prelude on their second attempt of Suhaag Raat. There is no way he will not go through with this marriage.
- Will the kiss happen or will it not? During Payal Aakash Mehendi, Arnav issued a kiss challenge to Khushi. We have already seen the "A" in Khushi's Mehendi during Payash wedding loop close today. Which then leaves us with the kiss challenge loop and the Khushi worrying about Arnav loop, when he had disappeared for a few hours without telling anyone? Will we see these loops close out before the end of the Mehendi day?
- The big bomb of the past and/or Skunky being back in RM officially, looks likely to explode on the wedding day, and the wedding day just might be dragged to the ME, would that not be joyful?
On The Side:
- Maami stops the three brothers from coming to the Mehendi, but Naani allows them, resulting in NK's response of "Daadi u rock!" and Aakash's response of "everybody loves Bhai!"
- Buaji sees Garima and asks her where she is going; Garima says that she has to make a call. But Buaji stops her, tells her that she already spoke to the nurse and that Shashi Babua is alright; and taking her hand, takes her with her.
- Daadi is, very loving towards Anjali...kya baat hain yaar! (Wow!) You don't care about someone for years then get over loving?
A lot of people are saying that Khushi is the traditional one; so how come it is ASR that remembers all the crucial scenes? Like the engagement, the mandir, the mehendi etc. The reason behind this is that Khushi did not actually see them as the rituals, but ASR on the other hand never really believed in destiny till he met Khushi and now that he has realized that Khushi is his destiny, he has also realised that by destiny itself these rituals have already taken place. So now he is making sure that KHushi, who although believes in destiny whole heartedly, but would not have thought that destiny would be so to the point, would be aware of this very important fact. That it would even take care of the rituals associated with a wedding tying them together in the holy bonds of matrimony. A good example is the sensing each other, he came to realise that they could sense each other before she did.
We for one cannot wait to see the next episode, as well as on Friday, simply because we know something big is coming up. This is the Khatarnaak (dangerous) thing that Skunky was planning on doing the big atom bomb dramatic thing will happen later, we guess most likely on the wedding day. This dangerous bit right now is so that he can come back to RM officially, however we do believe that it will backfire on him; and the victim will be someone other than who he intends the victim to be.
