alimony can be filed even after the divorce is finalised.. I guess here Bani is trying to save Jai's property only.. as she is aware that Ranvir is trying to get all Jai's property....

I'm sure she will give the property back to Jai and it would be another slap on Jigyasa and Ranveer's face..

ok thank god.. you guys made me feel better~~~ I was thinking that even here in the US a divorce isnt overnight and its a drawn out processes.. but anyways.. thank you all again!!!

thy aint divorced nor are thy seperated...
thy have just filed fr the divorce...

thy remain married till the divorce is sanctioned by the judge...

also seperate in this case is same as divorce...
u can say seprate since thy aint living together though...
