I still not getting why is Avantu so averse to Pankhu???

Aise char jati hai bechari pe jaise ki dushmani pichhle janam ki ho...

I am quite sure Avantu is mentally ill..Diwan saab should consult a psychiatrist regarding his daughter rather than lamenting and crying all day.

She needs Pychiatric help to solve the riddles of her twisted mind...
