In India shouldn't the couples be married for atleast one year to get divorce and not only married but must stay together under one roof for 1 yr.

I was thinking that too. I remember in Kasak Neelam had to stay with Rishi Kapoor for one year. I guess Ekta must not know the Indian Laws 😆

Maybe Jai and Bani have been married for ONE SOAP YEAR.. I mean the timeline in a show and in reality dont have to match.. I guess. 😕

no there is special cases where the divorce will be allowed.... like pia's case pushkar can get it fast if he want... as jai asked for speedy process
