you guys are right. The groud for divorce is made only after living together for a year.

There used to be a customary panchayat divorce in the past where if the panchayat members give their consent the divorce can be finalised in less than a year period.. but not anymore..

Ekta Mai..... the script writer should do some homework.

The serial might be intersting and attractive due to Ram Kapoor but when it comes to making sense, I think Kasamh Se is a serial which has a lot of loopholes.

really i didnt know that. thats cool. i dont think there is such a law over here. if jai n bani were in the U.S, they probably wouldn't have gotten divorced due to such short length of their marriage but wud have gotten an annulment.
