I feel Nats is more career minded than money minded - and she wants a good life for herself and Kunal.

If it was only for money, she would have left him in search of someone better long back - she wouldn't have taken so much trouble - knowing very well that Kunal has become a pauper...

And, maybe, she beleives in Kunal's capability - is confidant that they will be able to pull it off well - once they get that one contract !!
