I'm looking forward to the replacement...I do like Jay, but I feel like when I watch him, you can sense his unhappiness with the show. He seems very frustrated. his heart is not in it.

I agree, it was very obvious from his acting that he didn't want to be there, which is hard for his other cast members. Hope the new person fits in well and likes their role.
