or there is another scenario...siddhi thinks that AC is AD follows behind him...as she wonders what he is doing here...and then kunal will come to pacify him...and she will get to know that AC is her elder son...

or she will know it through the competition that AC is her elder son since she recognise the face similar to AD...

if you see the FBs...siddhi told kunal that...she wants him to give her baby lots of love and grants all his wish...then all a sudden he looks at the medal...a idea strike...and he went off to sold the medal...he is doing all this for siddhi's son...while siddhi doing everything she can for kunal's son...
