The new comedy show might see Ragini Khanna as the female lead while the male lead remains undecided...
Ravi Ojha's Beyond Dreams is producing a new weekly comedy show for Star Plus, which is tentatively titled 'Ek Daal Par Tota Bole'. We have heard that the show might be directed by Prateek Shah who had last directed 'Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein' on Star Plus.

According to our sources the production house is keen on casting Ragini Khanna who last played the lead role of 'Suhana' in 'Sasural Genda Phool'. The male lead for the show remains undecided since the team is contemplating between Vikrant Massey and Yash Pandit.

The plot of the show will revolve around a middle class Maharashtrian boy who is trying to make two ends meet by raising his nephews after his brother's accident. A girl comes to stay at his house as a tenant, who interestingly happens to be his new boss at office. Viewers will get to see the nok-jhok between them at home and in office.

When we contacted Ragiini Khanna her answer was short and sweet, "No comments".
