I think it was Anuj who gave blood and he is in touch with Harish or is Harish's friend. Preeti still favors Harish so possibly the siblings & father knew that Avantika was wrong in getting seperated from Harish.

No sweetie,

we don't know who gave blood, Harish arranged the blood from somewhere. probably his friend.

But the blood was not given by any of the family members!
