UTV already knows that people know of the dark subject matter of Barfi.. they probably won't over-market the story, trying to make it look like something its not.

IMO that's kind of sensible... if they want Barfi to earn extra returns, then they should I guess. But they've already avoided all the heavy stuff in the trailers.

I hope Barfi does well without needing all the annoying extra marketing

ITs nice to see strong competition for the best actress award this year for a change! PC for Barfi, Kareena for heroine and Vidya for Kahaani! Normally there is always only one strong contender for the best actress and the winner is always so predictable. This year it looks so unpredictable. Im glad to see that change.

PC gets the expressions bang on! Much more believable and realistic than SRK..
I've interacted with autistic children and their sensitive to certain things.. Sometimes in a great mood, and sometimes not.. It seems like PC's doing pretty much the same thing.. How she's curious about the butterfly..
Even if she doesn't get an award, I'll always appreciate her for what I see in this promo..
It's like WYR.. She was FANTASTIC in it but got hardly any recognition.. Also like Ranbir in Rocket Singh.. Except Rocket Singh was overall simply great.

Parineeti doesn't deserve to be nominated.. She was OTT in Ishaqzaade..

And if Kareena gets nominated for EMAET than PC should be nominated for agneepath and the 1910 part from TMK..


Katrina was such a piss off in ETT.. Gave me a headache.

^Haven't seen Ishaqzaade...just put Parineeti because I think most reviews praised her...
