Thousands of people gathered to see Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Kochi when she came for the inauguration of the first Kalyan Jewellers store.
Aishwarya came looking resplendent in an off white lehenga by Abu-Sandeep and spoke to the crowd. Thousands of fans lined up on either side of the road leading up to the Kalyan Jewellers store in Kochi on August 19.
A special stage was made anticipating such a large crowd outside the store for her to address the fans before she went ahead with the formalities of the launch of the store.
She inaugurated the jewellery store with Malayalam cinema's Dileep and addressed a select invitee list of guests and media where she spoke about her connection with Kerala which she addressed as 'Gods Own Country'.
