This is what the KaShians have been saying to each other for the past five years. Every day that passes we want to cry, to scream, to yell, rip our hair out and just make people understand our misery. We want to tell them why we are so adamant on staying behind in the past. Why we just can't move on. But people just can't understand because they don't want to. They choose not to see our plight and turn a blind eye. That's when KaShians stand by each other to comfort each other. We don't have anyone else to turn to. All we have are, each other as no one can understand a KaShian better than, another KaShian. We let each other cry and let all our sorrows and pain go. We don't fear from showing our emotions because we know that's okay. Because we have held each other's hands for the past five years and we will continue to do so.
Butterflies, butterflies we were meant to fly

Colors in the sky
That's precisely what the original DMG gang is. They are butterflies. They weren't meant to stay back and be confined within the premises of the show. They were meant to fly. They were meant to spread their wings and colors to every inch and corner of this vast globe. They were meant to express their beauty and grace and mesmerize everyone. They were to make people run after them because they are true happiness. They are free. They have no boundaries or barriers to tie them down. Just like a cocoon, they break out and fly out to experience the world. They morph into a better and a more beautiful creature. And what makes them beautiful is that whatever they do, they do it together. Just as when butterflies migrate to a warmer place, they move together. Always there to guide and lead each other in case one strays away. They will always be there to welcome it back.
We could rule the world someday somehow
But we'll never be as bright as we are now
That small hope that the magic and charm that the original DMG created will return, will never disappear. These handfuls of people taught and gave us so much without even realizing it. These characters came to life by teaching us how to live life. There is a reason as to why DMG is one of the most missed and memorable shows. For most of us, we grew up with this show. These characters became such an integral part of our life. These people ruled our world for a long period of time; more than five years to be precise. They surpassed the expectations that the channel initially had from them and gave them something that they had never thought of. This show gave them everlasting viewers that still wait for the arrival of the old DMG gang. The viewers want these people back. We want them back. We want to love, laugh, cry, and be angry with these people for they have shown us the true meaning of these emotions. We have experienced all extents of the wide range of emotions and no one knows them better than us. It's not only us handful of KaShians who consider them to be the best. The viewers from all around the world have to say the same thing. If you look at the TRPs then the period in which KaSh DMG existed, was the highest ever! No other period in DMG was able to replicate or even come close to the amount of TRPs that they had created. And that is solely due to the fact that the magic, atmosphere and charisma that was located within the KaSh DMG was found nowhere else.
We're standing in a light that won't fade
Tomorrow's coming but this won't change
The light that illuminates from the gang will never go away. Just one look at them, whether it's of an off-screen or on-screen picture, brightens up our day. Just the mere thought of the silly and childish antics that they displayed, makes us laugh and forget all our sorrows. We get lost in that same time and remain there till we get hit by the strong blow of reality that makes us realize that they are no longer here anymore. But that's alright for we know that no matter what we see or watch, nothing will be compared to the moments that we shared with the gang. Nothing can be put into the same level that the gang had exhibited for they were that good! We may become fans of other celebrities or shows, but the love that we have for the gang will never change. It will never transform into anything less than the eternal bond that was formed all those years ago. If anything, it will just grow.
The memory of being here with you
Is what I'm going to take my life through
That is all that we have left. Memories. But that is sufficed for us. We will take these memories and build our future as we always have. We take these beautiful moments captured forever in time and make new memories with each other. We might fret and be upset about their loss, but we never let that keep us down. We laugh and rejoice in their glory. We enjoy and bask in the golden warmth that we get from seeing them on our screens. Every little memory, every character from the patients to the doctors, to the ward boys to the dean, to the kidnappers to the heroes, are etched deep within our minds. Every character was given life and made a special place in our hearts. These characters are all too unique; the memories too precious like pearls. Despite us trying we can never let them go for we had already let them enter. We gave them such importance in our lives that we just can't change the fact that once upon a time, they meant something to us and forever will.
Cause some days stay gold forever
These days that we spent with the DMG gang will always be gold. There can be nothing that can put these days into a bad light for there is no such thing. Every track flowed smoothly and made sense. Nothing was rushed or felt like it didn't belong. It all fit together like a perfect jigsaw puzzle. It fit together as beautiful as the human body and the beauty of breathing. We always come back to these moments and look back on them for the lift our spirits. They make us feel free, young and beautiful. It gives us courage, strength and hope. But most of all it makes our friendship grow even stronger. It makes our bond with each other even more unbreakable for we will always have these days to look back at reminisce about them with a bittersweet smile.
No matter what happens in our lives, no matter what obstacles, hurdles we have to face, we will face it together. We will conquer all the battles in our lives for we have each other. And just like the original DMG Gang, whatever we do; whether it's fight, cry, be angry, laugh, tease, prank or love, we all do it together. For the eternal bond that we have created by watching this show and learning from it, will never go. The love will never fade away.
Because some days stay gold forever.
