We have seen how strongly Amit sang during auditions. Sunidhi chauhan was so impressed that she came out and gave him a tight hug and said, "Isko kehtee hai buland awaz." As a matter of fact he is Sunidhi's sweet heart singer - "Amit oyee"

During this journeys there were ups and downs in his performance and once it was obvious that he will be eliminated when he was in top 8. I guess Judges gave him a big favour when Sohini & Ritika was eliminated. Of course Poorvi shoud have gone before those to females. It is good that Judges had faith in him and he proved it that Judges were correct.

If you remember when they asked Poorvi, who should be eliminated? She replied that Amit should go because he was in a "Punjabi Mode." Amit had also called Poorvi's name for elimination because she was only singing western style. I believe that he was suffering from throat infection that time. Thats why he could not sing well.

This guy has very strong voice and excellent throat which is suitable for high pitch and strong through type of songs. I mean he can do wonders with NFAK, Sukhvinder Singh & Kailash kher songs. His voice modulation is superb. Bhawan ne iskee gale mai bahut mukeeya aur harkets dee hai aur Amit ko itna gyan hai ki kis harket to kaha leena hai. He also adds his own little harkets to every song he sings.

I will not be surprised if this kid wins II6. May God bless you Amit.

Very difficult song to perform live as there are lots of punches in this composition, not possible to sing in one take.

Edit: Salman Khan is a great guy who believes in charity and always help people who are not that fortunate in life. He demonstrated that he possesses a good heart when he donated his Motor bike to Amit.😊

I strongly believe he should win, I always liked him and week after week he has gotten only better and better. Last night the Tashan performance was mindblowing 👍🏼

I totally love your post! I have been his fan from the beginning and i really want him too win! He had his downs in the beginning but no matter how bad he sang, i always found his voice amazing and unique! His high notes and harkats are awesome! And like you said i love those little harkats and variations he adds to a song! Moreover i also like his innocence and honesty and when he smiles he just looks adorable and cute😳

I first noticed him in his Aviyan Aviyana performance and after that he kind of faded into the background but i agree his comeback performance was on August 4th.

He is def one of the best, and I am very glad he has made in to the finals.

As for him winning...I wouldn't mind if he did but I am supporting Devendar for the win :D

At this point in time it is anybody's game and all three deserve to win. Personally I want Amit to win because he hasn't been that fortunate in life as he comes from a poor family. He couldn't finish his education and had to help his dad at family Salon. On the other habd Vipul comes from a rich family and he was born with a Golden spoon in his mouth.😆 Thus he doen't need to win this competition.

I agree that Davender is a versatile singer and can sing any given composition or bandish easily without droping his sur. He has got tremendous control over his harkets and murkeyas which is not seen at such a young age. He is only 17 and this kid will do wonders in time to come. Bottom line, what Davender is singing can not be learnt in a school or institution. One must be born with this art and talent and he is one of them.

I'm happy for him that he got the required exposure through II6 and Coke studio. He can make tons of money releasing Classical Gurbani CDs and Videos. He has very bright future ahead of him.

There is some devine power in his singing thats why Lata di praises him, Ashaji uski Nazar utarti hai (on Sunday's episode) - Aj din chareya tere rang warga. avam Pt. Jasraj ji gives him standing ovation. This kid is already a winner. May God bless him. Mata pita avam desh kom ka naam roshan karega - bas aisee hi mere kamna hai.

I do agree. Its hard to choose between Amit and Dev.

I really dont think Vipul deserves to win. As you mentioned he comes from a well-off family and plus he was in star-voice the exposure is already there.

I guess we have to wait and see right.
