I was gonna start this post a few weeks back. But, after the few recent episodes, I finally decided to post it.

A lot has been said about Yash's behavior which I do think has been rude and unfair towards Aarti and treating her badly time and again in front of the entire family.

In light of all this, I think it is HIGH HIGH time for Arpita to leave the storyline. Please do not misunderstand me. I'm not being harsh here. I personally believe that one should celebrate life and not death. Yes, Yash has gone through a lot and its hard for him to forget Arpita. But, even Arpita wouldn't have wanted to see yash in this miserable situation for the rest of his life.

Not only Yash's bedroom in Bhopal but even their Mumbai outhouse was filled with Arpita's pictures. It was as if there is an exhibition of Arpita's pics. Isn't the outhouse supposed to belong to the family and not just Yash? Regardless, it is for Yash's own benefit that Arpita leaves the storyline.

Finally, I'll reserve my comments for Yash's behavior towards Aarti. I agree with most members who've provided a really good perspective and analysis of his behavior.

Honestly i totally agree with you, Arpita really and i mean reallyyy needs to just disappear. I'm sorry if i'm being insensitive, but it's just annoying when she pops up in every moment especially between Aarti and Yash😆. And don't even get me started on the pics, like c'mon i know you love her sooo much, but there's no need for so many pictures of the girl everywhere. Before his Punar Vivah it was okay, but now even if he doesn't care about Aarti's love or even the relationship of respect, he should know they're married and it's just sort of wrong to have so many pics of your ex/dead wife everywhere. Overall it's time Yash moves on because his behavior with Arti is becoming intolerable for me at least day by day😔.

i think this is one of the things the story is coming to: that the world won't stop for a broken heart.
Right now, the track is concentrated on Yash's behavior. Whether he is falling inlove or he discovered something about Aarti that he doesn't like, the pictures will remain 😊
Until he himself comes to term with the fact that he is wrong enough to know what is right, he will remove the pictures himself.

exactly.. i know that arpita is his first wife and loved herand still loves her a lot.. but i dont think in reality any wife( aarti) would acccept so many pics of her husbands 1st wife,, i also think the creatives have gone over board with the pics.. and yash's behavior towards arti.. i dont knwo the reason either like everyone on the forrm.. but a husand has no right to push over his wife like that..

is a stupid portrayal of a character initially as Yash the intelligent ,fair and now a psycho!!!!!!!!!!!!
if he was to be like this he should not have contemplated remarriage even for kids. it is not fair on the other human being. Insulting and aggression is not to be expected from someone of Yash Syndias caliber

The in-laws are no sensible either. G3 leaves no chance to blame the DILs if anything goes wrong with her sons.

And the FIL, senior Scindia turns into a mute and silent spectator according to his convenience. Both Daddy and Mumma Scindia didn't open their mouth when Yash misbehaved with Aarti or was trying to stop her from doing the pooja.

Even before the marriage, they didn't help Yash to come out of Arpita's memories. If anything, they wanted Aarti to take Arpita's name. HOW WONDERFUL? Even when Yash opposed it, Daddy and Mumma Scindia were hell bent on Aarti taking Arpita's name.

I really don't care how they will fix this or how they will show Yash repenting later about his behavior. When a guy shouts every now and then at a lady according to his wish and convenience and holds her hand to stop her from doing pooja, it does say something about him.

But Arpita hasn't even been shown for a while now. And she can't miraculously leave the storyline. I personally like how they're taking the time to tease things out and develop the story logically and realistically. Yash won't forget Arpita so easily because she was a big part of his life. On a positive note though, I think that this is going to be the last major Arpita track (his guilt between staying loyal to his past or walking hand in hand with his future).
