I'll go with option 7, ashu may call ambulance based on mallika's condition or even help her in his car...

Going wid scene:7 - it's highly likely but, Ashu waouldn't wait for ambulence; may be in his car he would drive Mallu to KGH of some other hospital ot may be the bleeding was normal and he himself would give Mallu some tranquilizer.

Cant think of any more Koyel - Out of what u have written the foll may be possible2. Jagan enters there and big fight with Ashu and Ashu got hurt, Jagan escapes, Scared Mallu called Nidhi and explain whole thing, Nidhi goes there and admit Mallu to KGH and after giving First Aid take Ashu back home. Then😡

3.Jagan calls Nidhi tells that Ashu is with Mallu, Nidhi calls Ashu and tell him Jagan is already there and sends police to help them, Jagan caught.

4. Jagan enters the house, big drama happens and Jaggu pushes Mallu and MC occurs. - Dont think MC is a possibility - after what KP Has written


6.Try to badnam both, which will again be very much Ekta type.

7.Ashu called ambulance immediately and bring Mallu to KGH, thus Nidhi learns abt Mallu pregnancy. Jagan comes there and create scene.
