Ones who need to retire:

Prachi, Sonakshi, Asin, Zarine and the other girls from housefull cast (don't even remember them) -- The industry is too crowded and we could do away with some sparkless bimbos

Tushhar, Bobby Deol, -- same as above, learn something from Zayed and Fardeen.

Sonam -- has the spunk, but can't act to save her life! Go be a model, you'll give the actual models a run for their money.

Abishek -- move on to character roles or retire man, I rooted for you during Hrithikmaina, and look where you guys are today.

Aish -- enough already, no one bating their breaths to know what film you've signed.

One's who need to go into character roles of play their age:

All the 4 old Khans and Akshay Kumar-- because I'm tired of watching them romance heroines half their age and trying to act like a teenager when they've already hit 40. They are all somewhat good actors and have the charisma, so I don't want them to retire, but just play your age man. And give the new breed of guys a chance, we're tired of seeing the same old action and romantic heroes for 20+years now.
