Why should actors retire? It's their job! Will you all pay them if they retire? No, right? So they will continue working.

If you don't like someone, don't watch their work, simple as that.

Frankly, one will only retire when they know they aren't good enough anymore. And if that's the case, they won't get work and will eventually fade into oblivion. If that's not happening, they don't deserve to retire.
