Perfect post Aisha. I'm extremely pleased with the fact that they finally gave us the long-awaited apology. I'm not sure what the big deal was either...why they were so against it, how exactly it went against his character? They tried every other angle and when all backfired, they gave in.
The lack of guilt from his part is what pissed most of us off...he showed it yesterday and now we are all at peace. Its a shame because had they shown this emotion from him right after Khushi saved his life or after he admitted to Nani that he knew the truth or even after he told her she was his life's biggest mistake...it would have more of an impact.
Its been dragged out for so long that the impact was less...but effective nonetheless because its better late than never. I just think we would have enjoyed his "wooing" more if they have given us the apology first, not the other way around. The love/wooing track of the show should not have such mediocre 2.5 TRPs. I'm sure they know they messed up.
