IP REDUX; Garden of Eden !!!

Garden of Eden. This is what came to my mind the moment I finished watching the episode today. Why exactly it came to mind later on when I reminiscned I realized it's not because of the difference between good and evil or right and wrong but it came because of other aspects too. It came because we as humans need to pay the price when we disobey God and the rules set by God, isn't it??? What is Garden of Eden??? You all know this but still let me describe. As in cultural definition it says - The beautiful garden containing the tree of life, where God intended Adam and Eve to live in peaceful and contented innocence, effortlessly reaping the fruits of the Earth. The garden also contained the tree of knowledge of good and evil, from which Adam and Eve were forbidden to eat. When they disobeyed and ate the forbidden fruit, God drove them from the garden. Their sin and consequent loss of God's grace and of their paradise is known as the "Fall of Man".

Why mankind has fallen??? Have you ever given it a thought??? When God created "Garden of Eden" then it was strictly told to Adam and Eve not to consume the forbidden fruit but did they abide by??? No. They were tempted by the serpent and on Eve's insistence they consumed it. What happened then??? Well as we all know Newton's Third Law - "To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction", Adam and Eve had to face the "Repecussions" and "Punishment" of their deeds and they did. "Expulsion" followed and Adam and Eve were thrown to "Wilderness", the "Earth". The trials and tribulations for every mankind "Began".

With every good we always have the bad. You know what is the reality of this world??? We, an "Image Bearer" have fallen into a condition of ingrained sinfulness. What is the result of this??? The result is because of our fallen nature we separate ourselves from us and others and God. Is there any answer to this??? Yeah there is indeed. The answer to our fallenness is "Forgiveness". Yes like we have been taught since ages that no one falls in stature if one asks for absolution rather they rise higher. The same way those who can forgive are always greater than those who keep the "Guilt" in their hearts. For as Mahatma Gandhi said ~ "The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong".

Today when watching the episode the scene where Arnav came to the Guptas and informed about the "Shagun" he will be bringing next day, I was only watching "Garimaji". Then one thing had struck which was why her name is "Garima". When an Author decides on penning a tale then just out of the blue do they decide on the name of the characters??? Really??? No. right??? So, why the names of all the characters in IPK seem so true??? Why all the characters live up to their names??? From Arnav to Khushi; from Devyani to Subhadra; from Manorama to Madhumati; from Anjali to Shyam; from Garima to Shashi etc. why??? It can't be a coincidence but rather it was given a well thought. Lets see why God named Adam and Eve. Why not Isaac or Abigail??? Why Shiv and Parvati??? Why Krishna and Radha???

Adam :- The "First" man of the earth.

Eve:- Any period that precedes or leads up to an "Event or Crisis". Isn't it truthful??? Eve was formed by God and she tempted the forbidden fruit which lead up to a never ending event called "Mankind". Interesting isn't it???

4 Lions:- Why the PH thought of this name??? I'll tell you. There were four great divisions of mankind represented by the cherubim, or the four "beasts" around the throne. These represent all creation. There are four gospels, each corresponding to a different "beast" around the throne. Matthew presents the Lion, saying, "Behold the King." Yes, all the 4 partners of 4 Lions had a vision to rule the "Tele Industry" and hence they named their Production House as "4 Lions".

Devyani:- Like a goddess, it means praise, to excel.

Subhadra:- Mother of Abhimanyu, An avatar of Durga. Sister of Krishna.

Arnav:- ocean; the (foaming) sea; a stream; sun or indra (as givers of water); being agitated (like an ocean).

Khushi:- Happiness. The one who spreads happiness where ever she steps in.

Garima:- Dignity, stateliness, grandiosity, magnificence

Sashi:- Moon, calm

Lavanya:- Beauty, grace.

Manorama:- Beautiful Woman

Madhumati:- Rich in honey

Aakash:- Sky, open air , space, firmament, sphere

Payal:- Anklet. Who prefers to be always at one's feet.

Anjali:- Offering to God, divine offering, gift. The one who sacrifice their life as an offering to God or for the truth.

Shyam:- Black and dark. A name of "Krishna". Krishna is considered to be the greatest "Politician" of humankind.

Now as I defined the meanings of each of the principle characters in IPK, just take a moment and think if any character is not perfect according to their meanings. Take an example of Lavanya. It means grace and beauty. But you know one of the main characteristics of Lavanya. There is a novel (Shehser Kobita ' The Last Poem) of Rabindranath Tagore where the protagonist was Labanya and her beau was Amit. But she didn't marry Amit rather married her admirer. You know why??? Because as per Labanya, Amit looks for adventure and the day he will finish reading the book called Labanya, he will lose all the interest in her and hence it was Labanya's decision not to marry her beau. She kept her love alive in her heart forever. She let go off Amit with dignity. Didn't Lavanya do the same thing with ASR when he called off the engagement??? She gave back ASR to his Khushi as she knew they were never meant to be together. She lived up to her name, isn't it??? Gracefully.

Now let's take an example of Anjali. Her meaning itself is the one who sacrificed her life for the truth, isn't it??? We all know the past is coming and we also have known by now what is the past. But, in all this who is the "Pawn" here??? It's Anjali. Who is the one was stood up at the altar??? Anjali. Who is the one became the "pawn" of Shyam??? Anjali. Who is the one paying the price still for what her father and brother committed??? Anjali. Isn't she the one who became an "offering" to God, rather to the "Truth". Yes, indeed.

Lets see another example. Garima. Garima means "Dignity". Yes, she is the woman who sacrificed her life just to bring up an "Orphan". The woman who sacrificed her "Motherhood" just to nurture her two daughters who were not born from her womb. Now also she will be the woman who will keep quiet in front of Daadi and Khushi just because her daughter's "Dignity" can be saved which was questioned this week. You know why??? Because as I said above in the words of Mahatma Gandhi, forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. What will happen if she pens her mouth now itself??? Her Khushi will refuse to get married to that family and she will be "Stained" forever, isn't it??? This is the reason that Great Lady was quiet today when ASR came and informed that he along with his family will be coming with Shagun the next day. Garimaji had to keep quiet and as she had no other option. Didn't Daadi say the other day when Naani introduced her to Khushi??? She said - "haan iss ne toh humaari bhavyaa tareekein se swagat ki"??? What is Bhavya??? It means - "Grandiosity, magnificence and splendor" and above all it means "Garima". Yes, another meaning of Garima is "Bhavyata (grandiosity). Khushi that day spilled the "dirty water" on Daadi when she saw the lizard, isn't it??? I have told you the significance of the lizard on Friday. Now you all know the significance of the name of Garimaji??? It was then 8 days left when Daadi and Khushi met each other and today it was 5 days left when Garimaji saw Daadi at Gupta House. Number etymology wise that day was the alarm of repentance and rebirth and death and today it was a favor of God that returned again. What a destiny??? Today Garimaji had to slap Khushi when she defended Daadi and Arnav's action whereas she should accuse the same person (Daadi) for her own "Parents' Death". I loved when Buaji said - "arre aap apna ladka kya nehin dogi, hum hi apni bhatiji nehin dena chahtei aap ko" and the "Relief" on Garimaji's face was "Outstanding". She closed her eyes with a sigh of relief. Then when the moment Daadi said - "Thik hain ab hum yeh rishta toota hi samjhein"??? and we saw Garimaji reached out for support and clasped the beam of the window like we all do when we realize that the "Storm" had just passed away and we are sure of no debris in future. She was perfect in that scene because she had to portray both "Past and Present" in one single scene where she needed to portray the "Stigma in both past and present" and also the "Bitter Truth of Khushi's Parents' death" which can blow up both the families along with the lives of Arnav and Khushi. But have truth ever been hidden??? No. The truth will come out and what Garimaji is trying to protect in her own way will come out in the open and it will be disclosed at the nick of time. It has to.

Lets see how the truth came out then and will come now. Before I start I hope all are clear with the storyline of the past through my analysis. If not then please feel free to ask me via PM or at Redux; I am sure if I am not available then many of us here will be able to clarify the doubts to an extent.

We have seen how ASR's Dad have forced Shyam's Sister to get into a short term affair and how he forced her to move to Seesh Mahal 15 years back when she was carrying his babies. On that fateful night the family caught them together and we have seen she was instructed by Daadiji and Naaniji for the abortion and was sent away from Seesh Mahal. We also know the story that she delivered the babies and vowed to come back to Seesh Mahal just around Anjali's Wedding day planned by Chachaji when she showed the truth of ASR's Dad and how he manipulated her in time of her need. We also are aware of the fact that her kids were left without a "Name" and the reason for that is mainly Arnav which was proved on Friday and I have confirmed that in the analysis. But, now the question arises that what exactly happened which compelled her to "Kill" her babies like Anjali tried at the hospital and ASR saved her ??? I said it happened in the past also when Shyam's Sister will try to kill the babies and he will not only save her and them but also he will promise to be with her and the babies always. Isn't it??? Now read me on.

Didn't I say that Shyam's Sister was principled??? Yes she was and before dealing for the "One Night Stand" she asked for a wedding which is why ASR said to Khushi today - "Tumhein chahiye naa lets do it ... karke khatam kartein hain". They did but when they were caught it was found out that the wedding was a "Sham" and not an incomplete one like Daadiji witnessed this time with ASR and Khushi. Hence, "Abortion" was called for. Then what happened after she left Seesh Mahal??? Any idea. Didn't I say that she was "Stubborn"??? Today Buaji said - "rassi jal jayegi par bal nehin jayega" and Arnav said the other day - "Jaanta hoon kar logi tum, ziddi jo ho". Isn't it??? They both are "Stubborn" and this is her "Spirit". She decided to have the babies but look what happened after. We have Khushi on the dining table with the pickle jar and she was with a knife scraping the cucumber. What is a cucumber??? Does anyone remember that she was with the cucumber when the Fables were running in the episodes??? Yes, when the "Suicide" track was airing at GH??? Cucumber signifies "Preservation of Life" as its ability to retain water. Then came Daadiji at the door and he opened it. Just have a look at the above picture and see where Daadiji's eyes are??? Yup, there you go. I loved this scene where the Creative Team has killed 2 birds in one stone. Daadiji entered and accused Buaji and Khushi like any "Politician" does; trying to wash off their hands from the "Mistake" their family is the cause. Nothing new. She accused Shyam's Sister then about being an opportunist and a gold digger and even today at Khushi. According to Daadiji - "Ladkon ka kya hain ... Woh toh dil ke kachchein hote hain ... shayad isiliye aisi ladkiyaan aaram se unhein apne vash mein kar saktein hain". Old fashioned she is and true to her name "Subhadra" after all she being the sister of the greatest politician, "Lord Krishna". In his avatar, Krishna took on the mantle of a king, an ace diplomat and a politician par excellence, who thoroughly knew the ins and outs of the field. Lord Krishna was Righteous and is one of the greatest Management Gurus, whom we can emulate without second thought. But he was Lord and not evil whereas Shyam in IPK is evil and Daadiji have beliefs that are old fashioned. Her discrimination between man and woman was instilled then and now also. So, it was expected that Daadiji will definitely react the way she did. Now you all know the mixed reactions of Garimaji when Daadiji accused Khushi of being a woman of no character. A girl who is principled and who practiced righteousness throughout her life when been accused of such deed which she never even committed then what is she left out with??? That day with the babies she had no other option but to kill the babies but could she??? No. Now recall the analysis of the episode where I have mentioned why Buaji and Garimaji wanted Khushi to pack her bags and return to RM??? Yes, I said that day it was because of "Social Stigma" they Shyam's Sister had to leave her house for Mumbai and deliver the babies with lots of trials and tribulations fighting against the society like she filled the jars from a "Tube Well" that day, remember??? This was the reason we had the other day at GH where Garimaji mentioned - "paani nehin aa rahi hain" and Khushi said - "Abhi toh sirf 7 baje hain aur paani 10 baje tak aayega". When Khushi inquired the neighbours about the water she said - "abhi 9 baje hain aur ek ghanta bacha hain". Right??? When she came back the door was locked. How could she enter that day??? This is what is called "Social Stigma". In Daadi's words - "Aisi kaun si ladki hain jisse rishte ke naam par aisa samjhauta gavaraan ho"??? with her beliefs of boys can do anything but all the faults are only by women. She had to go for the abortion as we had ASR pulling off the support from the treasure box that Khushi was pushing by the pool remember??? Yes, it was past as ASR's Dad pulled off the support when they got caught and hence Shyam's Sister had no other option than to go for abortion because according to her it's better than bringing the "Illegit" child into this world.

Remember what I mentioned on Friday and long back during past 6 months??? Here it is:-

A wedding which no one witnessed, no priest conducted it still been accepted by the family and society. So far so good, right. But like I always say "Fate" have it's cruel way of showing what is right and what is wrong. Today the mighty Arnav Singh Raizada is a good man, in love with his girl, Khushi Kumari Gupta, but imagine for a moment if he was an evil man then what would have happened with Khushi's Dignity??? Where would that girl get the strength from??? Who lost her parents at the age of 8 and have no one beside her. The family that laughed off at the broken bed and imagined it the case of worst possible scenario between a man and a woman if tomorrow comes to know that they were never properly married and this was just a "Deal" between them, then what??? Even if ASR and Khushi scream at the top of their voices that they love each other will ASR be able to prove her Dignity??? Will he be able to answer Garimaji that her adoped daughter is "Pure"??? Even if he says will Garimaji be able to believe that??? Can Khushi prove her innocence to all her "So called" family members??? Is our "Society" so "Naive"??? No. They will RIP the girl's Dignity and question her every single move. This is the "Crude Reality" of the Society.

But truth will come out anyway. And it will also be thrown at Daadi's face like the way Shyam's Sister did 14 years back, ASR's truth will come out now. It has to come because he can never get away with it. Just like Adam and Eve had to face; just like all people had to face the repercussions of their actions. ASR didn't disclose it because he never needed to justify even his closest family members and Khushi kept quiet because of her own dignity and ASR's reputation as she was guarding both. But the "Accusation" was towards Daadi with the "Knife" on hand by Khushi.Yes, she ordered for abortion also at the same time it was Daadi who was responsible in Khushi's Parents' Death. That is why we have both the Cucumber and Pickle Jar. When Garimaji might have gone for help then Daadi could have framed her only for the accident for money which was evident today. Let us wait and watch for the entire reveal.

Now today for the first time I will answer a question that you all have asking me since the "Stigma" came out. Yes, the Wedding is happening because when Garimaji and Daadiji face off will happen they both might consider being quiet due to their own reasons. Garimaji had to be quiet because Khushi's "Dignity" is in question now and Daadi because of "Guilt" but more than that she will be quiet because ASR's "Contract Dealing" will be out in the open in another 5 days. It has to be out. ASR needs to realize that he is not the maker of his destiny or he has no rights to take decision on behalf of others. Like I mentioned to Anu yesterday that "Apple didn't fall from the sky and it didn't go against the gravity", hence he has to face the "Repercussions" like "to every reaction there is always an equal and opposite reaction". So, the Temple Engagement verses by Khushi needs to be proven which is why we have seen ASR standing alone at RM passage was shown at the last and we had Shyam entered, isn't it??? Didn't I say Shyam will be the one who will disclose the contract??? How ??? Do we even need to guess??? No. He planted the cameras not today but the day he came back for revenge, yes, 4 years back or may be earlier than that. Didn't he say - "Nazar toh hum barabar banayein rakhein ' humari nazar ke bagair Shantiban mein ek patta nehin hilta". Barabar, always, isn't it??? Daiyya Ho.

Khushi will learn the "Truth" of the "Accident" on her wedding day and this is why we had her coming back to ASR after she left RM yesterday, her - "Hum aap ke aane ka intezar karenge". The "Theme" of IPK will start.

I loved Tuesday's episode when ASR was alone in the hall after Khushi left him with the wish that he will return. Yes, this time ASR will return but did ASR's Dad return 14 years back??? No. Because he couldn't. Why did ASR's Mom commit suicide??? Didn't I say it's because of the truth and because Daadiji agred for "naming of the babies"??? Daadiji not only agreed for accepting the babies but her condition was that ASR's Dad and Shyam's Sister needed to be properly married which was a jolt to ASR's Mom and she committed suicide. What could she do after so many years of wedded life she realizes she was never been loved by her husband and her Mother-in-law didn't even think twice before giving permission for polygamy just to save her family's reputation??? Yes, this was the culture in our country some ages back and in some parts of the country it is still the same. Why don't we all know that in one of the Panchayats' in Haryana women were not allowed to even come out of the house and carry a cell phone and talking to opposite sex??? It is still there, isn't it??? How we all can blame Daadiji??? She was brought up like this and the values instilled in her are still back dated and that is the reason she had the audacity to say - "Ladke toh kuch bhi keh saktein hain lekin aap ki beti ne bina shaadi ke kisi aadmi ke saath rehna kaise maan liya"??? Arnav then opposed the decision of naming the illegit kids and hence we saw the "Final Goodbye" by Shyam's Sister to ASR's Dad. Yes, he never returned and Anjali's wedding was cancelled as we saw today when NK said - "Aakash bhai aur Payal Bhabhi kahan hain"??? and Daadi came back saying - "Madhumatiji ne apni beti dene se inkaar kar diya" like the same way it was happened 14 years back. But then Arnav tried to correct the wrong and that is why witnessed him running to Gupta House and trying to rectify the situation with the "Shagun" talks. But the wedding was called off as we know and which is why we had Maamiji saying - "Today pack kal unpack naa ho jaye yeh sab gift" and that happened then. Interesting was that ASR didn't support Daadiji's decision of accepting the babies then and that's why we have him saying - "Main aachi tarha janta hoon aap kya karne ki koshish kar rahein hain". But he couldn't predict his Mom's death that day and the same way today also he is not anticipating the "Contract Period" coming to an end. That day because of Arnav's stance against Daadiji's decision Chachaji took advantage of the situation and Shyam's Sister could never provide a name for the babies which is also a very VALID reason why Shyam is after ASR mainly and Anjali was a pawn. Chachaji had set up a Khichdi situation and he took over Seesh Mahal whereas Daadiji left for Ashram because of guilt and ASR and Anjali were thrown out with Shyam and his Sister were left for "Revenge" which explains his vendetta against Arnav and Anjali that made him to be a "Lawyer" and his entry to RM using Anjali as a "Pawn".

Right now we are witnessing how Shyam must have entered then in Anjali's life and the picture will be clear pretty soon.

I thank Divya (Sarunrocks) for reminding me one of my analyses and I am pasting it here. It's from Dagger to the heart from Feb 16th. I am pasting it here because this reminded me of how the whole family will leave ASR on one side when the truth of the "Contract Wedding" will be out and yesterday's ASR alone in the hallway was exactly this just like how his Dad was alone 15 years back when both ASR's Mom and Shyam's Sister left him just like Khushi and Anjali did and Khushi stubbed the rose petals.

Excerpts from Dagger to the heart of Feb 16th.

Since we are talking about actual wedding can I ask a justifiable question? If Arnav has to do an actual wedding with Khushi why will he do outside the house??? He is the decision maker of the house and if he proposes to get married to Khushi he could have easily done it in front of both the families? Right? And he could have get married in front of Shyaam with Khushi. In this way he could have taken his revenge with both of them at the same time. But, he chose to do so outside. Hence, if still it is an actual marriage then I must say CVs have not thought this thoroughly.

On the other hand, I don't get the logic of actual wedding at all. Even if he thinks Khushi is backstabbing his sister, he has no right to ruin a girl's life. Who said there in only one possible solution to a single problem??? No there isn't. Why is he not analyzing both the sides of the story??? I understand his mind stops working in anger but why because of his anger, impulse, rage, it is Khushi who always is in the receiving end. My heart really cried for her. Today when Arnav dragged her to the pool side he had hold her wrist tightly, the wrist for which he panicked in the ambulance episode, he didn't even realize that. This is the time ahead. I know the torturous days are here for her for some time and I warn you CVs if you don't get Arnav Singh Raizada bend on his knees and ask for forgiveness from DM and Khushi, then I will term you as the most sadistic team in the world. This man has to pay for all his actions. This man needs to learn that he is not the maker of the universe. Today I have seen his gloating. His pride when he said "Main nehin jaaonga toh phere nehin honge".That moment I felt I really want to see one day when the entire family will be with Khushi and everyone will say to Arnav, "Agar Khushi tumhein maanf karegi tabhi tum iss ghar aa sakte ho". My heart cried for her today. Her pain, her helplessness, her ambiguity on Arnav's changed behavior, her perplexity on Arnav's sudden volte-face; she was confused, hurt, incapacitated to think beyond reality'everything. But, I want her to revolt back. I want her to revive asap. She is the life of everyone around. I want her to show Arnav Singh Raizada that he will fall in love with her more and more hard this time; more and more hopelessly in love. Then she has to walk away from him only to make him realize that "She" is the reason he loves her. "She" is the reason he cannot breathe again. "She" is the reason he cannot live life without. That is the intensity of love he should have when the misunderstanding ends. This man has to fall harder and harder that he even couldn't imagine and make her the "Queen of his heart".
