Zu: I too felt Shyam's reentry and the way they showed it left a bad taste in my mouth. I would have been overjoyed had they not shown the Snake watching them and vowing to keep them separate...hated it.

They are doing it for trps...imagine Shyam playing his stupid tricks to seperate them and it getting back fired each time bringing them closer...a sure trp raiser with the anticipation what he will do next and will these two seperate...but just imagine our plight...our heart beats would have reached the skies in anticipation of whether they will finish the marriage or not..I wanted a marriage with some peace and calm and not with drama ! On top of this the news floating around that Garima and Dadi face off will bring back their past...can we finish the marriage first and then have all these dramas please!

Not feeling good...damn this show!

I remember this...its from Anjali's anniversary party scene right? Kushi has lived upto to these lines quite well so this sudden need of asking for rasm and rituals is just the other side of SP bahu...I hate SPism

But, I don't think khushi said ilu becoz Arnav agreed to marriage. Her love is far more selfless. Just my thought.

Yep I remember ..this is from the earlier maha episodes when Arnie throws a party for Di's anniversary and Shyamu goes missing when he sees Khushi ...

Also if you watch the scene when Arnie twists her arm and pins her to a wall when she instigates La to ask for marriage. Khushi explains what it means to be a pati-patni... you will also find that it fits in what she described then...

That way Cvs have been consistent...

Do we all stand united on "Whats the rush?" It definitely cant be the fictional hormones of ASR making the CV's push these tracks faster.

The🤢 points for today far outweigh the positives

1. Whats the rush? yes, 100 x whats the rush? 😡

2. Daadi's regressive lines were way below the belt. She definitely wanted Khushi thrown out. She was not looking for a solution, instead a reason to break this. Infact, she wasnt too happy with the re-marriage plan. Do we also need to compete with BV on a Dadi-sa 😕????

3. Maami's expressions - this probably should be in positives, she didnt open her mouth and added on to Daadi's dialogues

4. Buaji - instead of slapping your daughter, shouldn't you also find out WHY she did what she did?

5. Shyam - CCTV's in all rooms, really? Patta hilling and you seeing...we also seeing what you seeing hilling...yikes

6. Separation happened dear lovers...please to be realizing fast!

The good stuff that needed to have more screen time

1. Khushi's confession was not out of my SKD thankfully, it was so pure IPK that i totally loved the surprise 😳

2. ASR's BW hangover dialogues...fulto paisa vasool 👏

3. Nani and Cryanj genuine happiness for Chote's wedding, brought back fond memories of Payash wedding.

Shyam's shapath is more for the viewers that its not going to be chat mangani, phat byah. Yes we understand 😛but please Shyam, do not twitch too much and promise not to "touch" khushi .Hope your cameras also caught what ASR told Buaji.😃

5. I would like to think Khushi came downstairs this morning to confess her love to Arnav. To tell him, our feelings matter. Bas. Again my SKD. If it had been this way, I would've been happy but not the number-generating junta. The order matters here. Her ILU came AFTER he agreed to the wedding. To me, that just diluted the affect, came across as her saying ILU because you decided to give me what I asked. Also major execution issue and missed opportunity here. The scene should have ended with a longing in their eyes. Not that they needed words to confess their love but now that they both have acknowledged it, the realization should have been there that they can't be together physically. A 30 sec 'By the way, in case you were wondering, I love you too' was the best they could do? The guy who was fighting tooth and nail to keep her with him at any cost, didn't fight strong enough and gave in. Agreed, this is what she wanted but why the separation wasn't painful? Or has it not hit them yet that they are married but still can't be together because somewhere someone said so?

what I see:

Past: A lonely 14 year old boy, abandoned by his parents, whose 'proper' marriage fell apart at the alter of riti-riwaj.
Present: A lonely man who had to let go of his love and succumb to the societal norms that are always conveniently adjusted to fit the society at a whim
Future: Who knows. He has his back towards the RM wasis and he is waiting at the door. Alone.

Great post Joey, esp the above paragraphs. I am just happy Khushi confessed, though i really wish the scene was given more importance and allotted more than 2 minutes. I was thinking it will be atleast a few weeks before she says anything. I guess it was important for her to confess her feelings especially since they were separating for sometime and it was essential to give them and the viewers hope that they will reunite and soon😊.

Loved the interpretation on Arnav, he has seen marriages falling apart since he was a child and it has hurt him deeply; despite that he agreed to go through with the rituals because deep down he did it for Khushi. Even if her ILU was timed as an expression of love and gratitude that he stood up for her today, i'm sure it meant a lot to him especially after the turmoil he has been through with the whole contract getting over thing, plus Dadi re-entry and past memories brought back to haunt him..

When he said that he was aware of the situation in which they married, why didnt Daadi/Buaji immediately say what were the situations? wasnt that their first question to Khushi? Yes logic boatwa... retracing steps, please wait...

Small mercies that he is completely taking ownership of the issue though Daadi wants to see the whole thing through her red tinted glasses.

*snort* I am sorry but how pathetic it is that we are surviving on 'hope' from a fictional 20 minute daily soap 😆 I am guilty of this as well! But since when entertainment took over our lives that our mood variations are directly proportional to the quality of the episode. Just writing this makes me sad and realize that I need to get a life
