He is right of course , waking early is the best way to keep us fit both mentally and physically .
I always awake at 4.30 in the morning and its so calm that time its so peaceful and pleasant , i wanted to do yoga that time , but i still can't do it . The early time that is between 4 - 6 am is known as Brahma Muhurtham which is considered most apt for yoga and mediation.

Be healthy U all guys by waking early and sleeping early , no talks about food i am a foodie 2 😆 .
