Pratyusha Banerjee doesn't wish to get into a rela

Popular as Anandi from Colors' Balika Vadhu, Pratyusha Banerjee is on the peak of her career and is winning praises from all quarters for her role in the show.

She recently showed off her dancing skills in dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. Though she got an early exit from the show owing to her bad health but whatever little she showcased on the show was liked by all. While she is all blooming at her professional front, same can't be said for her personal life. It is notable that Pratyusha drifted away from Makrand Malhotra.

Talking of her singlehood, she said, "After coming to Mumbai, I was in a relationship, which is not there anymore. It was a terrible period of heartbreak for me as I was very serious about it. I don't know why it didn't work out. I don't believe in love anymore. I am actually scared of it. Maybe someday in the future I will again start believing in love. Right now, I don't think I can again get into another relationship. Maybe I have better things lined up for me in future".

When asked if she has started thinking of marriage, she said, "Yes, I love the idea of marriage. I will get married to a guy of my parents' choice. Getting married is a childhood dream for me. Bachpan se sapna tha ki meri shadi hogi. Shadi hogi to mai yeh karungi, woh karungi. Phir mujhe ghar ghar khelna bhi bahut achha lagta tha, though I used to face a lot of flak for it at home".
