Will manav stay with archana

will he stay with her he will love her even more when he finds out about savita

YES! Well he should, and if he doesn't, then Archana is better off without him!

I hope the truth comes out soon and Manav finds out about what his mother did to his family .

Of course, Manav will. Even now without knowing the truth, he has told his wife several times that he is still in love with her so after knowing it was never her intention not to go with him to Canada, he will be heartbroken that he blamed her these 18 long years for something she didn't do. He will kick himself in the shins for not realizing it earlier and for being such a fool.

As for Ovi, if she knows it was never her mother's intention to abandon her, hopefully she will encourage her dad and mom to get back together. If she holds a grudge against her mom about Purvi, then I truly believe Manav will stick by his wife as he cannot afford to wrong her further. Archana though might not want to be with Manav until Ovi accepts her because for a mother her children come first before everything else even her husband. Just my thoughts :)
