Were KAT and PRIYANKA ever a THREAT to BEBO?

😉😆 Another spicy topic that will surely get us talking and IF back to where it should be. At least I hope so! 😛 We always have talked about these three being in competition with each other! But, I really don't think KAT and PRIYANKA were ever a threat to BEBO. BEBO had her own success. KAT may have hits, but not the ability to generate good performances. PRIYANKA has always been inconsistent. BEBO started having the 100+ crore grossers and Priyanka came late in doing it. The main question is, were KAT and PRIYANKA ever a THREAT to BEBO? BEBO has always maintained her position regardless. Please share your thoughts...

popularity wise yes, kat is a major threat to her. Her statements in interviews like "when other people do glamouress roles they become the sexiest thing on earth so why not me" shows how much she has been effected by katrina's growing popularity! cant deny the obvious here, kat is not a good actress but her popularity made poor films do good business. Priyanka was competition during aitraaz time as she over shadowed her totally. Post 2007 priyanka has not been consistent at all.

I think Priyanka could have been a huge threat to Bebo, since she was the only A-lister at the time of Rani/Priety's decline who could give her competition in the performance department, however her lack of consistency and numerous flops always brought her down..
For example, Andaaz and Aitraaz happened, along with films like MSK and Waqt.. Priyanka was being praised a lott. Plus her Jodi with Akshay was pretty popular.. At that time despite critically acclaimed performances, Kareena really didn't really have the popularity which has today, neither was she so praised in the industry, especially due to the Shahid factor and Bold attitude/remarks. PC had hits like Don and Krissh while Kareena did Omkara and those films with Shahid..But then PC also joined in with the flops and there careers went similar..
Then JWM happened and suddenly Kareena became huge again.. After that Kareena's been pretty much the same.. I think she began to take her career seriously once again..PC became a threat once again at the time of Fashion, Dostana and Kaminey.. But then again the flops started and the way's become sort of clear for Kareena from PC's side.. I mean despite Agneepath or Don 2 there's no hype about PC.. It's really as if the audience is hardly interested in her anymore.. Her off-screen attitude made it worse..
She needed to take a break since there was so much seen and heard from her, plus she needed to stop the child act, but I think she's sort of lost itt.. Kareena now has about almost 4 films to shoot for+ 2 releases whereas PC has only Zanjeer and then Barfi/Krissh.. So gone are the days where PC was a threat to Kareena IMO.. There's more popularity for Sonakshi, Deepika, Anushka now. They can pose as a side threat to Kareena now.

With Katrina, it's pretty much been the box office numbers, never the performance. She is a threat to Kareena as well though, since box office numbers are important to get more film offers..Katrina's really popular as well and Kareena kind of wants to be that, the top actress/star.

Kat is a threat when it comes to box-office, Priyanka is a threat when it comes to grabbing accolades for her performances!

I think PC would have been in a much better position today if she didn't have that affair with Akshay, and Katrina would have definitly faded away, if Akshay hadn't done those films with her..
In-fact I think PC could have been in a better position than Katrina.. She had the potential to give strong performances which Katrina didn't..
PC's off-screen image has really affected her career a lot..

For Priyanka to come back now, she would have to disappear from the screen for like a year and be involved in some pretty impressive strong project. Because truly, Krissh 3 + Zanjeer Remake don't seem all that promising to me!
