Remember what Dadi ji said'' that incident make me remember of that woman''.
I think that woman was the another wife of Arnav's father.
and After knowing all that Arnav's mother did suicide on the eve of anjali's marriage.
Anajli's Marriage might break after that incident and than our Snekwa Shyam join the hand of poor Anjali.
Once Anjali ha said that ''Aapko yaad hai Chote kin halato mai inhone(Shyam) ne hamara haath thama tha'''.
thats why Anjali loves Shyam very much.
and one more fact that Khushi does not have her real parents and had lost them in an accident.Is that woman Khushi's mother.

omg then relation wise khushi will be arnav's little sister .no dear this can't have a chance to happen, how could it will happen? i mean the story will not move like that when they are married 🤔...no may be some other reasons there...not this ...so brother sister relation ko abhi goli maro...
