I think shashi knows the truth of arnavs past... Maybe he doesnt know arnav but i have a strong feeling he is related to his past... If u go on starplus website and characters... On shashi it says that garima is his second wife and payal is his daughter from first marriage and that khushi was brought home by garima... I think ke his first marriage is related with arnavs past...!!! And also that cvs must have sumthing cuming up which is y they have kept him unwell for so long... Otherwise there is no need for him to stay in that state..
I think that the cvs will make G.H stay away from dadi... And the day they cum face to face... The truth might be revealed and also that khushi's parents might have not died in the car accident.. If u remember she told arnav ke she was very small when her parents died... So garima might have lied to her regarding her parents death ( sumthing big might have happen so she brought K home) and also that buajii hated khushi at first... Y??? There was a reason behind her hating khushi that might also be revealed the day the truth is disclosed...!!!!
