PART 4

Shashank was not ready to give up on Manvi yet. He'd just got her back! He grabbed her arms and shouted "Really you love him?? I do not think so. If you did why would you run away from him? Why would you let him dance with some other girl? Why? You do not love him. It is just attraction and you will get over it in a couple of days. Get it Manvi you will get over him. YOU WILL HAVE TO GET OVER HIM."

Manvi jerked her hands and moved away from him. How dare he! What did he want to prove by holding her like that and saying those things to her? There was no point to hide anything. So she looked him in the eye and said "Shashank you will never understand because you don't love anybody. When you love somebody with all you have, more than anything in the world, you will do anything for that person, even stay away from them. You will rather hurt yourself by staying away than hurt your love. I will happily jump in fire, stay away from him even if it breaks my heart into pieces than see Virat suffer. I love Virat to bits and nothing is more important to me than his future, his happiness so yes I will stay away from him and I will never let him find out about how I feel."

This did not make sense to Shashank. He had observed Virat as well and he could tell that Virat too has feelings for Manvi. So he asked the most obvious question "Why?"

"I do not need to give you a reason for everything. Just leave me alone. Get out of here" Manvi calmly replied.

She would never be his, Shashank could see it in her eyes. He had tried but she loved that Virat. He looked at her for one last time and left.

Virat could not believe his ears. Manvi just confessed her feelings. Initially he thought she said it to drive Shashank away but later on he realized how much she had suffered by staying away from him. She loved him as much as he loved her. Now everything made sense to him: she had stayed away from him because she had realized her feelings, she had tried to act normal because she did not want him to find out. She had only hidden her feelings to save him from pain! But she had no idea that there was no pain in the world that could compare to separation from her. He would gladly take anything and everything for her.

He slowly came out of the shade.

Manvi almost had a heart attack when she saw him. Had he heard her confession? Was he now aware that she loves him too? If he wasn't could she hide her feelings any longer? She felt vulnerable. She desperately needed him, to calm her down, to put her heart back into one piece. But she wasn't selfish. She would not break his heart into pieces to have hers in one piece. So she carried on with the faade. "Virat what are you doing here? Please leave me alone. I don't want to see your face."

He could not believe this. She loved him so damn much! He could now see the pain in her eyes. He could see how much it hurt her to say those words. A lone tear escaped his eyes.

Manvi saw a tear drop in Virat's eyes. Her heart wrenched in pain. She lost her pretense for a second and moved towards Virat, to comfort him but she stopped midway.

Virat could not take the distance between them anymore. He wanted to hug her, comfort her, love her with all he had. He moved closer to her while Manvi stood still, confused at his actions. He took both of her hands in his, looked in her eyes and said "Manvi Chaudhary I LOVE YOU. I always will. Nothing else matters to me but you. I don't care what my future will be like but as long as you are here with me I know I will be happy forever. Love does not mean you have to be with one another for your entire life. No one can live forever, everyone has to die someday. It is the memories with your loved ones that help you move on in life. It is the memories of you that will keep me alive, sane if you are not around. Though I don't think that will happen anytime soon. I will never leave your side. I don't care what you say, you can shout at me, call me names, anything, does not matter. I am here now and I will be here, till my last breath."

Manvi had no words to express her feelings. She could not hide her feelings anymore. She hugged him tightly and wept. She let all her feelings pour out in that hug. She could feel her heart beat again, she could feel her life again that was slipping away from her just few minutes back. She could feel herself whole again.

Virat too hugged her back. He wrapped his arms around her tightly promising never to let her go. She was his life, his soul mate, his everything. He felt complete with her.

They stood there hugging for what seemed like eternity.

Sorry lovelies both of my updates are too short today. Its Friday so going out with friends tonight. Have some last minute errands to do as well. Also, I am losing my inspiration to write. Wonder why. It probably has to do something with the show; there are no more virman scenes. Gloomy day L.

Okay my friends are glaring at me and one of them has a knife, think he'll kill me if I don't get going LOL. You guys take care. Have a great weekend. I'll update again, hopefully in a few days. Wish me luck, going skydiving tomorrow.
