This post is to reduce the tension on the forum, regarding spouse vs. senior. No offence meant, no offence to be taken.😉
I believe that within the scope of a fiction show, they have shown the transition between playing spouse intern and a senior doctor very well. At the end of the day, they are a couple and some overlap of emotions is bound to be there, as long as limits are not crossed, it is perfectly fine.
Ashutosh and Nidhi are chosen to play twin roles
(my favourite)
HA- Husband Ashutosh 
BA- Boss Ashutosh 
WN- Wife Nidhi 
IN- Intern Nidhi 
Scene -1 Home 
HA - Do you think I should wear the blue tie or the brown?"
WN - The blue will go well what your shirt?
HA- What about my shoes?
WN; Wear the black ones.
HA: Nidhi. what would I do without you to help me decide.
Scene - 2 Hospital corridor 
HA and WN walk towards their respective cabins, but midway BA is taking over,
75% HA 25%BA: OK there are files in Dr. Ranga's cabin, attend to them.
WN pouts: But but, you said I will be given another department.
50%BA : You need to do this till Dr. Ranga comes back.
50% HA : Ok! Ok! Don't pout you can attend important meetings.
By then Intern Nidhi has taken her role.
Scene 3 Hospital 
IN: Files and more files. When will I go for a meeting? Let me check with Dr. Ashutosh.
IN: You left me and went for a meeting.
BA was on a tea break so HN: Ok let's go for the meeting now.
IN: This is my opinion on the case.
BA (back from tea-break): No No this won't work, I'll go by the others suggestions.
Meanwhile IN went for her tea break so WN:How can he hurt me so much.
Scene -4 Lunch
(BA on lunch break- he seems to be more on a break than actually working - must be something to do with this particular role)😉
HA: Nidhi come for lunch!
IN is very hardworking: No you eat, have lots of work to do.
HA: If you don't eat I will also not. Maybe the food isn't tasty that's why Nidhi is avoiding it.
Scene - 5 EOD at Hospital 
BA has left for the day so HA: Let's go home Nidhi!
IN is working double shift as WN has forgotten her lines and is rehearsing: No you go home, I'll come by taxi.
HA(thinks) If I go home now,Baba and HK will get angry that we did not eat and only I'll get shouted at, let Nidhi also get her share.
Taxi from KGH to home is too expensive, I'll wait. Anyway I have never sat in the waiting area of my own hospital. 
IN finally packed up for theday as WN remembered her lines : You are still here and you didn't even eat.
Chalo . no problem I'l heat this and you can have it for dinner. Let's go
HA (thinks): Oh! No! There's no escaping from this food or her.
