Trishna certainly wasn't expecting him to say that he loves MB. I think she
was also confused as to why RK would say such a thing.

I think Trishna is going to be confused first then this confusion will turn into jealousy and then hatred. So yea it's hard to choose only one of them but my first choice is confusion.
