Good Morning...Monday Morning...Another week of Positive KTLK has begun!! and good news of good news is KPji ka news that Mallika MIGHT NOT come back and even IF she does, she will be completely DIFFERENT!!

So KTLK is going to go in the direction of Nidhi - career vs motherhood. But is that really a tough decision to make? Does a woman end up having to sacrifice one for the sake of another? Can't she have both? Agreed that there would be lot of compromises and sacrifices required by both the partners but with the support of a loving family, can't a woman enjoy a successful career and the joys of motherhood?

ofcourse she can...but her family has to b supportive...but my opinion is a woman should nly become a mother wen she is prepared for it...motherhood can go along with career i guess deres no harm in that..

this is not so tough decessions if she will be ready for both.as per career concerned she has a lovely family, and husband like ashu who is all time supportive to her.motherhood ;it is not as easy as we think, khaneka laddoo nahih hai it will take time too.so don't worry she can do both

😆 yes...but if we put everything under one and make it a debate, KPji said he will take the debate to KTLK...or rather use that debate in KTLK...😍

I think Nidhi should share with Ashu, why she don't want a baby , giving solid reasons .
At the same time Ashu should also tell her clearly why he wants a baby , some kind of communication and proper disscussion should be shown in the show . Till now both of them are not giving there proper views .

I support Ashu in this matter , Nidhi should go for a baby , have read Ashu POV in post of Sujatha , she has described it so beautifully.
I agree with her views.

we have yet to see that right? we saw the Ashu who sulked for a whole day when Nidhi didn't get up early, we saw Ashu who didn't believe Nidhi could give a proper dosage of injection to a patient (Mallika), we saw him giving her admin responsibilities as he thinks she is too out of touch with medicine and we also saw him agreeing to postpone the issue of kids only to bring it back after a couple of days...

yes both need to communicate and even i would support Ashu in this matter IF his thinking is the same as said by Sujatha.

This I have posted on 16th July2012..just pasting it here again... Dont know whether this is relevant..

and the link here: http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3097260

I fully understood Nidhi's mental condition...
The problem was so realistic... was that really Nidhi's mistake... choosing the marital bliss over the career ? She could successfully avoid Dr.Jyothika's words today... but definitely she would feel bad to see, all her classmates surpassing...

In a way Ashutosh was correct to give her admin duties as medical profession is a sensitive one...unless you have hands-on-practice, you are out of it... but, sadly, this happens with other professions too..

Unfortunately, in our society... all girls at some or other stage face this...marriage and maternity always pull down the career of a girl... One cannot over rule of a woman's role in converting house to be a home...but at what cost??...and in our society, many a time, being a house wife is a thankless job...

Children are a continuous and never ending responsibility and literally the problems grow along with the children...So, If one delays having children, it leads not only a medical problem, but also social problems...If one decides to have children first and career later... the continuous humiliation being a junior always is such a mental trauma..that one cannot describe in words...

Happy that the makers are trying to address this sensitive issue...

In certain western countries, the gap in the career for being a house wife and looking after children is considered as a possible excuse... but, in the countries like India, no one considers this. No relaxation in the age limit for such a criteria while applying for jobs too...
