What an episode 👏

The intensity, the passion, the storytelling, its all back and boy are we happy!!
From start to end, there wasn't a moment where I was like "oh damn", not even when Anjali came on, a plesant surprise..

Arnav-Khushi:
ASR has figured out how to get through his lady love and this time he will leave no stone unturned, 24 hours legit will be spend with her, at the end of which there has to be a breakdown, his advances will only increase as the day goes by and he will land up pushing Khushi to her limit. But, that is his point, to see where it takes him and to get Khushi to talk.
And this better be a proper heart to heart conversation, I'm willing to put my heartbeat and temporary mental sanity at stake for at least 2 episodes of good, pure stuff. More could be SKD.

Anjali:
She's a ticking time bomb, one that will explode in her brother's face very very soon when he least expects it. This isn't just Arnav's journey to Khushi, it also is Anjali's to true sanity and reality.
Rakhi is tentative.

Side Notes:

Okay, the dude's been working out a lot more since he got this role. Like there is a major diff in the first shirtless scene and this one. We get it Sukhi, we'll get to see you shirtless on a cinema screen 😳

Teej, might just be a far cry, unless they plan to show Rakhi like 2 weeks late. Janamashtmi is on the 10th Aug and that was celebrated on the show last year too... Hmm, opportunity cost here, wonder what will be picked and what will be sacked! (Yes, I'm a geek, I tend to apply my academic concepts in daily life)

What a way to finish off the week, again expectations were low and that worked to my advantage. I always love when the CVs leave me wanting more, unfortunately not so much when I have to wait for the weekend to be over to watch the next epi. If only a promo can be released, but leave that the precap is enough to leave many swooning and in SKD

Onto the episode which begins with Khushi trying to collect the money on her own, a trait well known to ASR who knew exactly what she would do and who she would seek help from. It didn't stop there, he even counted down to the last second she would arrive at his office which even took Khushi by surprise when he acknowledged her presence without looking up once to see who it was.

The following scene reminded me of the birthday episode where Arnav had a tough time getting the words out, this time its Khushi's turn. Khushi like Arnav pointed out is too proud and egotistic to accept his help, despite being his wife and being entitled to his money. Khushi is still determined to stand on her own two feet and not feel obligated to no one, luckily Arnav understands this as she is just like him so instead he accepts her condition to work it off but limits the time period from one month to one day. Loved the part where Arnav took notice of the fact Khushi did not step back like she usually does when he comes forward, just boosted his confidence that Khushi will be his before time runs out.

Garima and Bua continue to be a delight to watch, I just love how much they pamper Arnav and light up when they see him. It was especially cute when Garima teased knowing the only reason Arnav keeps coming back is because he wants to be with Khushi, speaks volumes for the comfort level they all share

Khushi and Arnav's scene was full on entertainment, only they could get away with doing such a scene since they are not your typical pairing. Arnav wants to see Khushi smile, wants her to call him Arnav, and enjoys her nautanki for she is his Khushi and her happiness lies in his. They fight, they get angry but in the end they love each other a lot and that was evident in the next scene where nothing else mattered after Khushi injured her ankle and he apologizes for hurting her. Flashbacks of Diwali came rushing back to both, a night which earlier Arnav claimed to hold no meaning is one he remembers fondly and this touches Khushi. Khushi who realizes she is starting to melt again decides to get out of there fast but Arnav won't let her, he carries her only to have a nasty fall. While I'm going to continue keeping my expectations low and not expecting anything much to come of the precap, it is a positive sign of things to come since Khushi has been cornered, she cannot hide her feelings anymore, Arnav sees right through her and knows what's in her heart.

What a delightful episode! Such a pleasant surprise. Having no expectations even WITH a precap does wonders. A daily soap can be so entertaining, who would've thunk it? 😉 After a long time, I am not cringing over my cable and internet bill.
Jahan Khushi ho wahan madness aur pagalpan to hoga.. add Laad Governor to the mix and all sorts of hilarity ensues. A very cute episode that brought out the essence of the show and the characters. It is very hard to write when your imagination is running wild... but than all one needs is a dose of reality, the wildness dies and your firmly planted back in asli duniya - much needed after today.
Know your target. Read your opponent. Strategize. Act. Conquer - pretty much describes the flow of events that are going through the brains of one shaatir, madly-in-love Arnav Singh Raizada. He does not waste a second sizing up his wife's dilemma and acts swiftly to close all routes and forces her to choose only one route which leads her to him and him only. But this time, he is not initiating the deal. He is careful to put words in her mouth, make her the driver only to outplay her and regain control. Shaatir indeed! Once he has firmly positioned himself in his opponent's corner, it is his game now! his rules or no rules. His way or literally no other way! Once he took reigns, what followed were 19 minutes of fun packed, insanely humorous, cleverly written, wonderfully executed romance-comedy which will be a keeper for sure! Something you just have to absolutely watch and keep watching until you can't stomach it anymore.
A lot of loop closures today, some new hints. A very poignant open-ended flashback: Diwali and payal. Since it was Khushi's fb, one can't help but wonder if the incident today brought back the pain she suffered that night. The hurt runs deeper than the contract. He was a rajkumar and shaitan back than and he still is the same. The word shaitan has two meanings: literal - Devil, colloquial - Naughty. Which one is he? the confusion plagues the mind but the dhak dhak overtakes the heart. The constant battle never seems to seize and gets more convoluted as new rules of the game are established. She loves both the rajkumar and the shaitan but doesn't know when one will overtake the other and she will be left with picking up the pieces of her shattered heart again. For someone who struggles with faith everyday, all I can say to her is have faith, it is easier to do in fiction than reality anyways! Funny how she is DM's bacchi but yet so scared of believing and letting go.
Talking about DM's other bacchi Anjali - Poori daal kaali hai. Even in her sweet avatar, she is not acknowledging Khushi which she would've done under normal circumstances. She asks about Buaji but not about Khushi. Also, the sudden onset of sadness looking at the DVD the second time, which wasn't there initially. Depression can manifest itself into other disorders, will we be seeing a Multiple Personality Anjali? If this happens and DB pulls it off, should be interesting to watch.
Today's episode belonged to the entire team of IPPKND - writing, acting, directing everything was par excellence. Sanaya is a treat to watch. She is a real Khushi.
Still have qualms on the BDs though. Why are we still seeing them? they are soo glaringly obvious 😕. If you absolutely have to have them, please pay more attention to execution. Hat-tip to Arshad Khan for side profiles - nice touch.

Plenty of jibes at the audiences but all in good humor. I enjoyed them quite a bit:

After an episode like this, only divine intervention can bring peeps out of sapno ki duniya. But as the deputy J, I have the duty to at least try knowingly well enough kay kuch asar honay wala nahi hai!! Discussing a 30 sec promo is futile and doesn't really help maintain the reality. I will always be million bitten, plenty shy! I would encourage everyone to not go crazy over the weekend and keep expectations to a minimum. Given the track record, things are never what they seem. Kuch to panga hoga for sure! I for once plan on spending my weekend doing the following:

Finish reading American Dervish
Start reading Dante's Inferno (daunting task but needed)
Catch on the Refugee Status Report on UNHCR

If anyone needs ideas for a productive and meaningful weekend, I have plenty! 😃

Everyone still alive !! What a cliffhanger of an episode for the weekend? The episode started off pretty well and it went from good to better to amazing by the time it had reached the precap scene.

It was a good mix of humor , digs at the forum audience, romance and Anji. We have to give it to the CVs , their course correction is pretty rapid. They figured out very quickly that DKS was not sitting well with folks and hence we get a sweeter Anji. I think they re still figuring out what to do with Anjali's character but in the meantime what they showed today worked. Anjali's acceptance of the fact that Arnie was more needed at Buaji's gave a hint that we have a mini 'galat fehmi' coming up when she finds out that Buaji is hale and hearty and Khushi was lying all along.

Arnav knows his Biwi better than anybody else, he knows exactly who all she will approach for money. He makes sure that all such avenues are closed for her today and she shows up at AR. Well planned and executed !! He loved sataoing his pretty Biwi , my, how is she able to resist him . It is a win-win for KKGSR all the way!! 24,000 in one day and that too from GH. ASR, you have a dirty mind and we know it although Khushi may not 🤬

Scene at GH, so much at ease with his in-laws. To Garima and Buaji he is not the mighty ASR, he is just their normal Damaad 👏

The tv scene was hilarious!!! Well written and fantastically acted by our own Sarun' I wonder where this ASR was hiding all these months. We welcome you back with open arms, dear. This scene was also a way for the Cvs to get back at the audience, every dialogue had a subtle meaning to it. I thoroughly enjoyed this scene and will be re-watching several times.👍🏼

One major progress today - he wants her to call him 'Arnav' . Just loved it, when will it finally happen?

The Payal scene was so poignant, took them back to Diwali days. This time it is different , he knows it , all he has to do is make her believe.

Lastly the fall, Rangoli re-visited.

The pre-cap has made it very difficult to pass the weekend. But a request to my fellow SGs, please keep expectations low, we have seen over and over again how misleading precaps can be. So lambi saas andar lo and enjoy your weekend in Arhi land!!

SUPERB . START to FINISH ... Kudos team IPPKND. There was not a single scene, dialogue, exxpression, music score that was out of place. Most of us will have this episode in our favourites for sure. Classic IPK.

Absolutely loved the episode today; epic in every respect and one of my favorites in a long time. Start to finish was IPK gold; be it classic ARHI nok jhok, the cat n mouse games, Buaji-Amma hospitality and warmth, the sweet Di-Chote's conversation, Khushi's comedy at her best, flirting and caring Arnav, a heart to heart conversation to a super hot precap👏👏.

Loved the return of Khushi to the office to ask for ASR's help; right from the "Hi" to the "Haa haa happy singh" to "Ki ki kinara store" ODB could not stop smiling and enjoying the presence of a very agitated Khushi😆😆. I loved the side shots of both as he tells her what a big ego she too has, totally made for each other😉. Arnav's fav dialogue these days is "Patni ho tum meri, haq hai tumhara". I think he has probably used it more than the aukad dialogue; and we still want redemption😉 "Tumhe jaante hue bhi aisi offer de raha hoon toh dimmag to mera obviously kharaab hai"🤣 🤣I just cannot stop smiling. And "your time starts now" hopefully will be a memorable 24 hours for ARHI and us the audience. Loved how he choose GH; his comfort level in his sasural clearly visible and how he does consider it a second home; plus he's had enough of the interruptions unlimited that RM offers.

Liked the small sibling conversation; it was good to see him take the time to check on hi Di, like a little kid he asks for permission to stay back and Di smiling at her conversation with her brother. Also felt for her when she looks at the sonography tape; she is lonely and it is natural to seek comfort and company in family and be worried about her and her child's future.

Mission "service with a smile" starts off with Arnav telling Khushi "biwi nahi banana chahati toh tv hi ban jao". Awesome scene and loved all the channels portrayed my fav being the stock market news. The ASR who would be gritting his teeth at hearing anyone talk about AR shares falling can only smile with love in his eyes as his wife plays news reporter for him😃 Classic Khushi and I loved it! While role playing dance channel, Khushi trips on a non-existent something😉 and sprains her ankle. Dr. Arnav to the rescue one who also likes the new word "relax" is quick to find the balm and start off the foot massage but not before he apologizes to Khushi for hurting her. This was definitely for more than just the sprained ankle and Khushi's expressions and their eyelock clearly showed that she knows he is sorry for a lot of what he has done in the past and gracefully accepts it👍🏼. A trip down memory lane takes them to Diwali night and the payal scene. Loved the conversation that followed: a sweet simple heart to heart talk which was just as "beautiful" as Khushi's amma's payal❤️❤️. Our dear Laad Governor will not let go a single moment to pick his wife up and the ever ready Khushi nicely glides her arm around his neck and gets ready for some action; but we are in for another trip, fall on me and hold me tight kind of rabbba ve which leads up to a back sprain with the hottest precap ever. Hayeee😍, Monday please come NOW!

Three cheers to Barun, Sanaya and the CV's today.👍🏼 Sarun were brilliant in every scene; perfect expressions, dialogue delivery, chemistry and comfort level between the two make them a viewer's delight and I just fell in love with both ARHI and SARUN all over again today⭐️⭐️. The CV's delivered a perfectly balanced episode today; this is what I called entertainment and I'm glad IPK has set such a high standard for Indian television!👏👏
