they could have and would have said no to adi UNTIL they found out that pankhudi has developed feelings for adi and they dont want to hurt her...
and secondly its not dhoka wala tilak ceremony, they believe that adi knows what the meaning of the ceremony is and thats y is agreeing to it so its not dhoka in any sense
