that Smiley is the one with the brain tumour?

Could it be that Smiley also went to get herself tested as a second opinion the same day Toasty went?

Since their addresses are the same, could the reports have been switched?

Dont pple find it odd that Smiley is super happy and super positive...it could be she just has a few months to live and has decided to spend it happily with or without treatment

that could be the real reason she came to Mumbai

and it would also result in her exit from the show when she passes away or is cured and goes back to her town

just a thot...

It could be, since in shows anything is possible. But if this is the truth why is Toasty getting those headaches and nauseas. Is it just psychological since she thinks that she is suffering from a tumour?

Its not address thing yaar ...doctor announced the name as Mrs.chaturvedi ...so its not smiley but yes it can be someone else with name Mrs.chaturvedi...
