from the beginning, Aarti was not the sort to tattle nor ask help even if she has the trump card. She always confronted it head on and it has been consistently shown that way. Seeking Yash's help might just portray her as getting his sympathy or even make the others think that she is again influencing Yash so i think she chose the right way w/o even bringing Palak as another evidence 😊
