I am confused about mona's challenge. i thought her task was to save the worker's jobs, so why is she completing shirt orders?? And where are those 100 works whose jobs are at stake? why aren't they there to help? Shouldn't she talk to those workers and find out why the orders were not fullfilled?? am i missing something here? or are there gaps in the logic of this show?

I was thinking the same thing too..the problem was to turn around a sick unit and make it profitable...not complete an order for 100 shirts. They are trying to copy movies one after the other...this one being from Hum Hain Raahi Pyaar ke...

I had to think about that too. The whole situation is confusing, but this is what I understand.

The initial challenge was to come up with a solution that makes the company profitable and saves 100 workers from losing their jobs, but Mona was so busy with her personal life that she didn't pay attention to the challenge. This was noticed by Anushka. In the meanwhile Big Boss arrived and orderd Vinit and Mona to complete the assignment (delivery of 25.000 shirts) in 48 hours otherwise the company will be closed and Mona fired.

Both Mona and Vinit arrive at a deserted and dirty place. I think there is no time to ask questions and to look for those 100 workers. Important is to complete the assignment for which she needs people. Therefor she takes the help from the ladies of NariShakti. If Mona completes the assignment > the company stays open > she saves 100 jobs! After the completing the task she can look for those people who were supposed to do the work and ask questions. Clearly this company has not been supervised for some time! In India 100 workers are being paid while they aren't even at work 😕

Beside Mona her thinking is right: If she succeeds in her task she might get more orders. She succeeds in her challenge to make the company profitable and saves the jobs of atleast 100 workers.

I think they didnt even plan it like this. initially they had decided that mona will try to come up with ideas to save those workers. then later they probably thought they need more drama so they changed the story. it just doesnt look like its well thought. i like this show, but things like these make me want to stop watching it.

Appreciate the effort you are making to find sense in nonsense! 😃 I really think the writers ripped off the HHRPK idea from our forum after someone suggested that the story may go this way.
