The fans of the show Diya Aur Baati Hum are waiting to see their favourite onscreen couple of Sandhya and Suraj landing in Singapore where Suraj is participating in a cookery show. However, when the couple was in the city to shoot for the serial, Sandhya aka Deepika Singh suffered heat stroke and reportedly fainted on the sets. The pretty actress, who has become a household name with her first serial, is glad that she could complete the shoot in time in spite of being fatigued and sick.
It's learnt, since everyone was working overtime to complete the shoot as soon as possible, she over-exerted. "I was not feeling well at all as I suffered a heat stroke. My production house was very corporative they took proper care of me and ensure I was comfortable," said Deepika Singh.
Being a professional, health woes didn't worry her. For your favourite Sandhya, work comes first. In the serial, though Meena tried hard to hide Sandhya's passport, she couldn't devise a better plot to stop Sandhya from going to Singapore with Baba sa, Babho and Suraj.
In the coming episodes of
Diya Aur Baati Hum, you will see Suraj, played by
Anas Rashid, returning as the winner with flying colours. And, as far as fainting on the sets concerns you, isn't that quite common among the TV actors fainting now and then.
