Payal had many chances, she didnt take them...she wasnt revealing anything that would hurt the whole family.. it was just a matter of telling the truth to akash and then asking him to shut up... she knew khushi well enough to know that khushi wouldnt take any hasty decision wen it comes to marriage.. even when khushi was upset, NK spotted it first while payaal was busy with her own problems that were so minor in front of khushi's.

Telling Akash the truth wouldnt have affected a thing...

Akash has made mistakes.. but Payal is no saint... she has brought this situation on herself
