the answer is she is not experimental... people I think are tired of seeing the same performance from her. I think Rani's career ended because of the same reason... she's always doing the same movies even though she's much more experimental than kajol... I guess ppl just get bored... and move on to new generation of actresses: bebo, pc, kat, Vidya, Anuska, Deepika, ect..

That being said... I love kajol and I think shes a great actress.

poor lady is tired of her husbands wayward ways...mite go thru mid life crisis...shows from her despoish clothes nowadays

on a serious note...der r not many roles which suit her personality...

she cant play d role of a 18-25 yr old collg girl or just out of collg types..

nor can she fit into seductress roles a la balanesque...

shes all reduced to being mr johars 'lucky'mascot who features in all of his films...

but what is the fundemental reason why she has got it easier?

its cause she has given yash raj some of their biggest hits, most of their iconic films have kajol in it...comes to show that they love her for her good acting...rani has given yash raj flops-thats why she may have it less easier then kajol...

WHY is Kajol still married to Assjay Devgan...and how did she become the wife who chup chap waits for her husband at home while he has his good time elsewhere...is what I would like to know!!!

If you watch the making of edition of DDLJ, Kajol says that Simran is the exact opposite of her and she's not the type to quietly marry and settle or something like that. Listen to that now, it's like "yeah right!"
