Totally agree with u on this 1...love as v do our almity J..but B is totally justified in her reactions...

no 1 can overlook death of a parent..and sply the aftermath..she is totally justified in sayn that she has lost her bachpan...

and J knew all along...hez responsible for the tragedy..so he shud've just dismissed Pia's runaway episode as a pay back..and treated B atleast humanely instead of being sucha terror...

and true..he does as he pleases...u r so rite abt the consummation...the next day he had the nerve to say..i was in my senses and it was a mistake...sorry...hello!!...if that isnt cruel and selfish!!!

only good thg is he is not being a pest and is gvn B time and space to cope up on her own...that is noble of him....😊

i somewhat agree with MT. However I don't think Bani is completely justified in her behaviour.
1) She has put her father on a peddlestool. Her father never told her the truth about her mother's death. ND told Bani that her mother died of diabetes or something like that. He thought she was mature enough to start taking care of her sisters, but not to handle the truth. So in essence, Bani should be shown to feel some anger towards her father and then she should realise that because he is dead there is no need to dwell upon it. She should show anger at ND for sending her and her sisters to their mother's alleged murderer. ND said that Jai Walia will take care of the three of them.
2) Keeping Jai away from his child is wrong. Because she is doing this on purpose and is in fact punishing both child and father. Jai did not set out to seperate Kiran from the rest of the family. It was an accident. Jai can only be punished for not tellign Bani, especially after he started having feelings for Bani. But to seperate child and father is wrong. I believe in women's right and choices completely. But I also believe that the father has some right on the fetus (and eventual baby) especially if he has the best of intentions with the child. If the roles were reveresed a mother would move heaven and earth to be with her child if the father was trying to seperate the child from the mother. What Jai did to Bani in terms of accidentally killing her mother cannot be compared to Bani seperating their child from Jai. The tension/argument/disagreement (whatever) is between Bani and Jai. As mature adults they should not let it impact the baby to be.
These are just 2 of the points that running around my head. Don't get me wrong I do somewhat agree with MT's post however I also believe Jai is getting what he deserves in the form Bani not wanting to live with him anymore, but not in the form of being pushed to the outside concerning the pregnancy...there is a fine line here.
Oh yes! Bani said that today she feels sorry for the pain she sees in Jai's eyes as yearns to be near the baby, and it was the same pain she saw in her mother's eyes...this doesn't make sense...since Kiran was never separated from Bani....until Kiran was killed in the car accident.
I also agree with MT that Jai Walia is the best tv character seen ages...and the only wrong he can do (he is trying to redeem himself - and eventually he will) is if he flirts, loves, likes, enjoys, talks, laughs, admires, promotes or falls for Pia......all this is only my opinion.

oh with respect to the consummation scene...for us married ladies who I'm sure will agree...bani acted throughout as if she wanted the night to happen as much as Jai did. Afterall, it was Bani who laid down on the bed first and offered herself to Jai (sorry to sound crude...but that's exactly what transpired)

The thing is Bani is not punishing him for treating her badly throughout the early stages of their marriage, she is punishing him for not telling her the truth about the park road raaz....her father did the same thing...and someone mentioned earlier that you love you parents more than anything (a point that I don't agree with - since I think the way you love your parents is not the way you love your husband/bf --- there are differnet types of loves) she should be more angry at her father. Jai should turn around and say that when you and your sisters turned up I realised that your father still hadn't told you guys that truth, that's why I honoured his memory and remained hush hush! until Roshni and Anu (by sleeping with wrong guy and getting pregnant) ruined it.

😃 Thanks guys! I think the whole idea of the post was not to jump onto the other side of the fence, or to change tracks or anything, if any of you guys have followed my posts, I have repeatedly criticized Jai (Or bashed him, as some of you term it😆) whenever I felt that he was wrong!

Jai Walia has always been my favourite character from KS and will always remain so! But that doesn't take away the fact that he is pretty selfish and so caught up in his own world all the time......He only looks at others from his point of view.....Jai has no idea what it feels to be in someone else's boots....unlike Bani, once she had got Pia and Pushkar married off, begin to think, feel and act only and only from Jai's POV......She completely submitted herself to his every whim and fancy, much before she ever fell in love with him! That just shows how selfless and large-hearted she is, but just because she has consistently forgiven Jai till date does not mean that she will overlook the fact that he had indeed been responsible for her Mother's death and hidden this truth from her!

Fair is only Fair and Jai might be the Lord of the Rings of KS, but when he is wrong, he is wrong!

Its PAYBACK TIME for Jai!!!!

I think Jai does love and care for Bani child or no child based on what he said to Mausi that how can he live without Bani and that he doesn't want her back just for the child!!! He also stated to Aditya in yesterdays epi that what would he do if something happened to Bani!!!

But despite his numerous faults and self serving, arrogant attitude I still love Jai Walia's character even more the JB jodi whic I hope will soon be together again once Bani finds out that Jai was not ultimately responsible!! Then I want to see some real bonding and romance and excitement over the impending birth of their child (hopefully no miscarriage from Ekta or her creatives)!!!

The only real thing that would make me turn sgainst Jai is if he even goes remotely near Pia or even looks in her direction and If Bani takes Pia's interference lying down.....No sacrifices once she gets her man ....sister or no sister !!!!

i love cuddles..no doubt i hate the fact that his hurting...but i totally agree with Bani's reaction...i mean how much can the woman take...

i remember when Jai was all mean and ruthless to her we used to say "why wont she speak up"..or "when would she quit being so nice" and what not....there is so much a person can take....
the true reason for her mums death did it for Bani...and any person being in her shoes would hate the person responsible for the death....its just basic human nature...

i believe that Bani hates herself more than she does Jai cos she is in love with a man she wants to hate....

i just want Bani back in the Walia mantion (i know i know im being selfish) but i want to see them together and not apart...
