He never knew the person he is mistrusting will turn to be pure innocent. That should be much shocking for him rather than his Di going in depression.
Why arnav is not crying bitterly, apologising to Khushi for mistrusting her and for giving her mental depression, abusive accusations.
Hats off Khushi ji. She Didnt even make Arnav feel even for a second for what he has done. She is pretending as if she is not pained at all in past.
If Arnav wud hav trusted Khushi and clarified all doubts in wedding night itself, many problems could have been avoided.
