I watched the last episode again --
It looks like all the people including Anjali were aghast at shyam's behaviour and believed Khushi to a large extent. NK, Arnav and Payal 100% and the rest also to a large extent.
This is my perception - assuming that thats what the director wanted to convey and the actors did as what they were exactly told. Since there were no explicit dialogues, this is what I have inferred from the expressions.
So looks like even Anjali is convinced of shyam's deeds. She looked like a person who has been told that her dream life is over and welcome to hell , now.
I think initially she accepts the things as they appear and may decide to go for abortion.
Slowly the depression may set in and unconsciously her character may start getting grey as she will wonder how her life would have been, if Khushi had not appeared in their life.
If she starts hating Khushi overnight it will appear very unreal. In fact if she accepts the truth right now and try to correct the things for Arshi ( by arranging re-marriage ) and then when the baby is born and shyam gets in touch with her ... slowly poisons her mind against khushi and then against arnav ... this flow looks more rational. Just my thoughts ...

Thanks folks, this thread is really quite educative. Didn't know about 1971 MTP act. ...
I also share the view that finally the child(ren) will be born as that makes a big reason for shyam's comeback and Anjali revisiting her feelings towards her child's father. (assuming that right now she has been convinced about shyam's villainy somewhat.
