Why do people speak hindi to Non-Indians?

Okay, I was wondering why actors speak Hindi to Non-Indians in Hindi film instead of English? O_o

For ex:

1.Asin in Houseful speaks in Hindi to a white when she raids the circus.

3.Some guy in Houseful is in a meeting with bunch of whites and he conducts his meeting in Hindi.😆

2. Saif Ali Khan's never ending hindi dialouges to random white folks in his movies: Cocktail (trailer), and Love Aaj Kal, and Salaam Namaste.

p.s. man in the last few years. There has been way too many shitty films, with shitty people like Sajid Khan, Akshay Kumar, Asin, Salman Khan, and SRK and Karan Johar's My Name is Khan (ROFL).

I know...when these people speak in Hindi with the non Hindi speaking and they reply back in their heavy accented hindi back...i am like WTH...🤣

So that we don't have to see the actors put on an awful Accent while speaking in English.😆

Yeh, way too many garbage, I can't wait till these Khan's, Kumars and Devgans are gone, or at least no longer lead actors, they are like baasi roti... the same shit for 20 years, and people still want to see these overrated baboons?
