That advise has been given by lot of experts including Asha ji today to a singer. Your views on this advise.

Take a difficult song of strech notes and try it yourself and see the difference.😆

😭That is the advice given by all gurus.All of us have got it😆who listened?😭
It really helps to open your mouth to sing. and develops your throat/ vocal cords.Shortcuts will not be taken when you hit high notes.😆

Too late to tell them to open mouth and sing on this show , for that they need to practise and come back for the next show😆

It is a punjabi way of endorsing your point of view. Gal tuhadi(your talk) theek hai(is right). Open mouth now(at this stage of the competition, when you should have practiced before you came here) and ghar ko jao(go home now).
Every thing is lost in translation. Nothing like the original.
I think every body can develop vocal cords if trained properly.This advice seems to be very basic but if you have no guru, you may not go beyond your comfort level and never reach your true potential. With proper Guru all the hesitancy can be taken care of.Just my point of view.
