Thursday and fridays episode for me personally was VERY HARD to sit through. to see a girl being DEFAMED like that, infront of her "family", was really hard to digest.
First and foremost, Arnav, i thought, throughout the debacle that the reason he was letting shyam say those disgusting things was so he can trap him in his web of lies. he was waiting for him to slip up, or atlast reveal that he knew more than he let on about the kidnapper.
but no, all he did was glare left and right.
and eventually realized this was all taking a toll on his sister but again instead of geting anjie out of there, he let shyam defame khushi, payal and in turn hurt anjali more.
and then we have akash. who was a deer caught in the headlights. he didnt understand what was going on, which is compeletely ok, since he had ZERO clue that this was going on around him under his nose. but when payal was being defamed by shyam, akash didnt say anything. not even lets keep this civiil or lets get to the bottom of this without the name calling . so that he went after payal not the other way around.
it was impossible for me to sit thorugh it, even the slap wasnt worth it. cause after the venomous words were spoken, teh seeds were planted and khushi was desperate and borken, thats when ask decided enough is enough? when his sister was compeltely emotionally exhausted, thats when it was enough?
im sorry but it was very underwehlming and very sorry of a excuse husbandry episode.
i dont understand why nani didnt speak up, didnt calm things down, but she claimed these girls as her daughter and i know she treated shyam like her son but this was her house and atleast she could have said no derogatory names wil be uttered in her presence.
idk what to think about mami, its clear she loves anjie and arnav like her own and always had her dislike and doubts about the gupta girls.
NK , i feel bad for him too. hes a BLOOD family member, but even his words dont mean anything? he speaking up for the women and calling the lies, meant nothing. when shyam said he was naive, well i guess only naive people stand up for family or defaming?
Akash bought payal into his life, payal didnt go after him, idk how he fell in lvoe with her when he knows NOTHING about her but he took her responsibility to love and care but when shes being defamed, he just stood there .
Arnav, knows shyam is a scumbag, he knows this, regardless of what khshis role in this is, but he let shyam defame his wife while making himself look like a victim.
no slap can make up for that. im sorry. but the men failed bigtime, but a boy, NK shined.
