Isn't it the same house/set that we see in BALH?

The house that Mona invited Vineet in - in yesterday's (July 4th) episode? The grilled door with brick wall outside etc... isn't it the same house that Sharmas (Priya's parents) live in Bade Ache Lagte Hein? Of course both are Ekta Kapoor production, so obviously they used the same set?
