Lambasting RASHMI SHRAMA in letter

Rashmi sharma you are the most foolish producer I have ever seen. Being a fan of saathiya and star plus I didn't expect you would do such a blunder by dismissing Giaa manek. She would finish that show n return back and if she is eliminated then she would be back soon and more importantly she was not leaving saathiya but would be managing both, but arrogance of Star Plus is totally spoiled everything. Stars, actors of other channels are also participating but they are not insecure. Its Star plus and rashmi sharma telefilms loss completely not Giaa's loss.

Fault of STAR PLUS: egoistic, Foolishness and hasty decision. They should have thought that Jhalak is a temporary show and saathiya should run for long. So they should hv adjusted with Giaa manek as its a matter of few weeks.

Fault of Rashmi sharma: No managerial qualities. Kabhi musibaat mey gadhey ko bhi baap banana padhta hai. But look at your immaturity. Don't you want your actor to be happy manging your serial also together sideby. She was not leaving the show. So couldn't you encourage and say..Go giaa give your best in Jhalak, but be on saathiya sets on time. If you say that Star Plus was furious and it was not your fault then I would say you as a production house should have settled the issue by telling Star plus that Rashmi sharma telefilms will look that she manges saathiya schedule well. U should hav consoled star plus and told them that look we have to be mean and loosing giaa can be detrimental to show. Rashmi shama, u could have make star plus take back its decision just for the sake that the show runs well and audience is not disappointed. Look at iss pyaar ko kya naam doon. Their lead actor barun sobti is doing film by taking 45 days leave but the production house has managed it so well. They are not complaining nor did they throw the actor out.

1 thing is clear, we are not going to watch saathiya anymore. Its not that jab marzi kisiko change kar diya. If you all people have so much ego then we audience also have our legitimate right to reject the show. Be happy with your ego problem. Don't think yourself to be EKTA KAPOOR. U can never reach her position. She is such a senior yet she never did such things when two of her actors in zee tv(pavitra rishta) participated in jhalak last year, Even she let off go Prachi desai from Kasam se to do JDJ and later Rock On.Learn something.U idiot. You don't have good managerial skills, u should be ashamed to be KV product. KV students ka naam dooba diya.
